Our 4th of July!!!
Since I was already blogging some other pics, I figured that I would blog a little more. If you guys don't know, it was Eliza's b-day on the 4th!!! Liza is definitely a firecracker! We did a bike parade in Annie's ward and the kids had so much fun. Even Dieter got to ride on the back of one of the twins bike.
So, we are keeping the streak alive with the holiday babies. We have a turkey, firecracker, and a president in our family. With Tanya's due date around November 13th, we are aiming for the 11th so that we can have a veteran in our family. We'll see what happens.

Room Remodeling Project
So, here are some pics that Tanya had me post so that she can show what we've done to our room the last 2 weeks. Wish I had some before pics so that you can really see the difference but for those who have seen the room before, hopefully you can tell.
Sorry babe, if the pics aren't exactly what you wanted. Love you!!!

The BIG 3-0!!
Yep! I turned 30 and feelin' great about it! It doesn't bother me at all. It is a little weird just because I never thought I would reach this age! LOL! I am happy. I have a good life, a great husband, and baby #4 on the way! Now I never think I will reach 50!
Noa took me away for 3 days for my birthday. We went to Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Santa Cruz. . .and yes! No kids! It was a blast. Here are some pics from the trip. This last one has to be one of my favorite places in the world! It's just my thing!

(But shooting for 11/11/11) That would just be an awesome date! Also, that's Veteran's day. Gotta keep the holiday babies! If some of you don't know, all of our kids have been born on holidays. . . Thanksgiving, 4th of July, and President's day. . .I am sooo excited for this baby. Not that I haven't been in the past, I just really can't wait!

" An Especially Beautiful One"
from President Monson's story he told at the General Relief Society broadcast. . . . .
" Mary was visiting with a friend who had a greenhouse. As she looked at her friend’s flowers, she noticed a beautiful golden chrysanthemum but was puzzled that it was growing in a dented, old, rusty bucket. Her friend explained, “I ran short of pots, and knowing how beautiful this one would be, I thought it wouldn’t mind starting in this old pail. It’s just for a little while, until I can put it out in the garden.”"
. . . . “Here’s an especially beautiful one,” God might have said . . .“He won’t mind starting in this small, misshapen body.” But that was long ago, and in God’s garden how tall this lovely soul must stand."

Gross Truth!
. . .any of my siblings would look at this picture and think, "hmmm, that looks a lot like something Tanya used to do. . ."
See. . .the gross truth is I bit my toe nails until I was about 16 years old! YUCK! I have never been able to fully shake the finger nail biting habit, though! Okay, so I just totally ratted myself out! Any of you folks have any nasty old habits you want to spill? (J/K!!!)

Dietrich!
Dietrich is getting huge! He is 5 months now and weighs in at a whoppin' 20 pounds! Everyone always asks what I'm feeding him and my answer is always the same. . .BREASTMILK!
