Shed, Ballet, Date and more

I decided we needed a shed, so I got one for Nate for his birthday and father's day. Dallin was helping hand shelves.

Ashlyn had several ballet performances these past couple of weeks. She loves it, and is a beautiful dancer.

 Ashlyn got an award for getting 25 AR (accelerated reader) points. They get awards at certain milestones. She reached it pretty early compared to her classmates. She is a good little reader.

 Nate took Amber on a date to Burger King.

 Amber got this bird at a birthday party, and she wanted to wear it to church, so she did. She won't wear a bow, but she will wear a bird. Silly girl.

Dallin played goalie this weekend.

Pear Blossom

 We do the pear blossom run every year. Jordan and Colin joined us too. Tanner ran both the 1 mile and the 2 mile! I ran the 2 mile with him. I could tell it was hard, but he never walked.

The YMCA does a pancake feed and booths after the run, so we went and had fun.

They kids learned some Karate.

Amber

Amber and I are enjoying the last couple months of Mom-and-Amber time. Kids will be out of school soon and it will be all of us all summer, then she will head off to school. :(

We spend time at Kid Time about once a week.

 Trying to teach her to eat healthfully.

 Having Whitney over twice a week has been nice for her.

 Here is a picture her preschool teacher posted. This was them on the letter J day making jam. She has the best preschool teacher.

Harry and David tour

Nate had a day off, so we went to Harry and David for the factory tour. I doesn't sound fun, but it really is. It is so cool to see how they make all their treats. Best part of the tour is getting the chocolate and cookies at the end.

 Watching the Moose Munch was probably the coolest. 

Random stuff

We went to a party at the Moala's house and they did a whipped cream eating contest where you had to find 3 gummy bears under all the cream. I wish I had a video.

Amber had an Easter party at preschool.

 Capri came over and we had to make cotton candy with her, of course. Every time Ashlyn has a friend over we pull out the cotton candy maker, Easy Bake oven or snow cone machine.

Ava got to come to our house after school one day while her mom had to be at school for grading day. Was fun to have her as an older kid. I used to watch her when she was in Kindergarten and First grader. My girls love and look up to her.

Family Art Night

We always love going to Family Art Night at Griffin Creek. Did some fun projects and had fun family time. The boys ran off on their own, so no pics of them.

Lincoln City

We went to Lincoln City last month with the Braggs, and Matt and Mickie. Had a great time on the beach one day. The next day the winds picked up, so we had to stay indoors the next day. Went to Ripley's Believe It Or Not and visited a glass shop. We looked for glass floats on the beaches in Licoln City but didn't have any luck finding one.
