People who haven't been included in the groupings are the superseniors and your friends. Mentors are to supervise the ICs. Thank You.
Attire: NJC PE attire/ competition gear/ team shirt / school PE attire (for new members without NJ merchandise), running shoes.
STRICTLY NO SLIPPERS, SANDALS, SINGLETS & HOME CLOTHES ALLOWED!
Check your emails for the block allocations.
Note that 150 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY) people are needed, so spam all your contacts, please. Get lots of people down. We need the money. And the manpower.
People with *s next to their names are people who will be contacted during the entire session as in a relay system. So please take note of that. Bring your handphones and make sure they are completely and fully charged.

CIP Duties
THINGS TO DO FOR SOCCER LEAGUE (0845 - 1015)
- 0800: Meet at Kallang MRT Station
- Collect the equipment (footballs, first aid kit, goals, coloured cones) from the storeroom. The key to the storeroom has to be collected from the general office first.
- Bring the equipment down to the playing field (Block 10, Kampong Arang Road)
- Take Attendance.
- Warm-up & stretching (10 min), drills (20 min), MATCH (50 min + breaks in between), cool down & debrief (10 min)
- Collect key from general office and return the equipment to the storeroom.
Note:
- Ensure that all kids participate in the games & encourage them!
- Be firm and fierce with the kids, otherwise there will be chaos.
- Remember to bring lots of water to drink! You'll be pretty thirsty after the workout.

To Katong CC - Bus 12 from Kallang MRT Station, stop at Laselle SIA and walk.
Katong CC to Macritchie - Take bus 12 from bus stop next to petrol station to Bugis, cross the road and take bus 980
THINGS TO DO FOR MASSWALK (0800 - 0900)
- 0730: Meet at Kallang MRT Station
- Report to Mr. Baey to record attendance.
- He'll assign jobs (warm-up, stamping etc).
- Ensure the safety of all elderly folks, direct them to the correct route and make sure they don't wander off to the road.
- Once finished, report to Mr. Baey before leaving.

- Always smile and be friendly!
- No slippers! Wear proper shoes!
