Banana Milk ~

Today is my last day working at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Finished my final video project and it's going to air today live in the afternoon event. Finally I am able to get some well deserved rest!

Just checked my usual Korean entertainment news and had an awesome find today. Lee Da Hae and Baek Sung Hyun will be featured in a music video sung by ballad singer Kim Hyung Joong (not the Boys over flowers dude). Why is it worth the rave? It' becasue Lee Da Hae is in it!

Judging from some of the pictures, it's goning to be a love-dovey emo-ish ballad. My kind of shit. I love these to bits. Not to mention that Lee Dae Hae looks exceptionally stunning since her departure from the drama EAST OF EDEN. I'm so into girls with straight fringes/bangs nowadays *cough*Taeyeon*cough*

Been pretty busy these few days finishing up my final project for the hotel before I get my ass out of there. The time is coming soon when I become a free man once again, with no $. But at least I got loads of time to catch up on things I wanna do. Recently I noticed one or some people using my cbox nick and blog link to post on other random people's cbox. I have no idea whether it is done on purpose or accident. But, please stop if you are doing this on purpose. I have no tolerance for such shit.

Pink is the way to go.

Had a blast at the Blazblue tourney @ Bugis this Saturday! So many people gathered to witness the event, which is a good thing. Sick of seeing so many people at the SF4 machines =x

Anyways, I registered myself in and tried my best for the tourney. Final result ? 6th. I won the qualifying and quarter-finals but lost the semi-finals and loser brackets. It was hella intense. I took my PINK Ragna to its best that day and as far as I could. Too bad I end up losing due to some lame mistakes that I am still trying to rectify. Below are the vids of me playing in the tourney:

Semi-Finals: Jaeshi(Bang) Vs ED(Ragna) : Lost

I'm still happy for my placing, and am glad David came down to give me moral support on that day. Thanks for your support bro! I will continue to improve my Ragna to beat the other pro players @ Bugis. I'm sure of it! INFERNO DIVIDA~

Ragna Fan-art

Seeing that Don and Cy posted their own fan art, I just couldn't resist doing one of my own. This time i picked Ragna to draw! You all should know my drawing style by now, never really change much LOL. I used a black pen to draw on white 200gm paper. Used green and pink markers for the eyes LOL. Actually one eye should be red la, but then no red so use pink. My office don't have a scanner, so just utilize my D70 and took a snapshot of it. Ported it to Photoshop and just slightly adjusted the brightness of the sketch. Hope you all like it, at least the Ragna fans would :)

Damn, I'm still pretty nervous about this coming Saturday's tournament. I bet Don, Bk and Cy is thinking that I would stand no chance and get blown off the first round. That is very likely to happen, reason being that there is quite a number of really good players. And it is Bugis we are talking about, the cream of the crop's haven. At least I'm trying to climb that mountain to reach there. None the less, I will just play my usual Ragna and attempt to at least win the losers bracket. Speaking of which, tonight would be a mini-training night as I plan to meet Don and Bk at bugis later. Every visit to the arcade playing Blazblue is fun. Even though you get thrashed by the pros, it is the experience that count. I shall give no hoot to those that just jeer or laugh at when I lose. I will slowly get my way to the top!

You can tell the addiction from my face. The times I head to the arcade to play, the smirk i give when i win human opponents(not always lol), the desperation I give when i persuade Donovan to invade Bugis to play the game. The amount of $ I blow (LOL only you know what I'm talking about Donovan), though not alot, is comparabably more than the amount I used to blow when I play Guilty Gear. It's so addictive. It has consumed me.

Just found out that there will be a tourney being held at Bugis this coming saturday at 4.30pm. Registration is on the spot, first come first serve basis blah blah blah. Hell, even though I know that it's suicide(because there are so many pro players there), I'll just fucking give my best shot! I shall represent the Ragna Fanclub! Bring glory to Kaqn!!!(LOL). At least win the losers bracket right...hahahahahaha.

It's like a sudden adrenaline rush of love. I just want to collect like all Blazblue stuff. Back in the GG days I had the same mindset, just that as I wasn't working back then, I could not afford it. Now that I have at least a substantial amount of money that I can set aside to blow on such luxury, why not right. Now the only problem is that, most of the things are only either sold in Japan or can be only bought through online means. Which mean, suck balls LOL

So far I only got the Arcadia mook, which cost me quite a bomber. Other luxury items include
- The game itself (This is a definite must, covered)
- Drama CD and Artbook that comes with the pre-order (If i can pre-order LOL)
- A3 poster or wallscroll of the entire cast (I've seen it around on the net, must get one of these)
- OST (Yes, people will say dont waste $ la fuck, download mp3 can liao. Hardcore fan must own the original!)
- Whatever fancy stuff that is to be released in future that I can afford.

Will Cy succeed in mastering Noel?

Knowing my cliche, so far only Donovan is as hardcore as I am in terms of playing the game, not collecting the fancy stuff LOL. Cy seems like those half ass players. Which means got chance to play or feel like playing then play. Not much motivation or passion in him, yet. As for David, he knows the system of the game, characters and blah blah. He got the info, but no practical experience yet. I wonder why he doesn't want to play. Is he afraid that he will be consumed just like me? It's a good thing you know, join in the fun^^ At least he has the base for fighter games due to his past experience in playing KOF. Make use of that to your potential and I'm pretty sure he will top some guys around. Maybe including me and Donovan LOL.

Ragna Fanclub

I pretty much decided to main Ragna in BlazB, main reason being that its user-friendly in my own context, which fucking means that he somehow plays abit like sol. As in very "nice to press" gatling chain moves. Besides, he looks fucking cool. My kinda character. I bet Donovan couldn't agree more. Infernoooooooooo Dividaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. So far, I havent seen any better Ragna's than mine or Donovan's. Not to be proud or cocky la, but the real pros pick the advanced characters to really shine their gayness. No matter what, Ragna will always be my main. Despite the challenges, as long the player knows what he is doing, there is always a chance for him to fuck the pro player. Fuck em! Satsugai!!!!!!!

Cy's bitch? or the other way round?

Tried using noel as alt yesterday. Wasn't as easy as it seems. Fuck, the japs always make it look so damn easy on video clips, even though you remember the button combinations, when you attempt in execcuting them, it will all just mess up and fall apart. But at least I managed to get one combo out yesterday, LOL. (214a->2b->6c->JC->Jab->JC->Jbc->236c) Good luck to Cy, who decides to main noel. Or is it Xiah Junsu...

Hori sticks for Blazblue(Ps3 and x-360)

I've already got my money set aside for the Ps3 BlazB game and an arcade stick. No more excuses and fucking up, I need an arcade stick to be good in the game. Just saw that hori made some Blazblue sticks that is compatible for the Ps3 and X-360. The Ps3 stick looks sweeter in design. Fuck the x-360. It looks bigger and heavier as well. Which means better stability I guess. A google search only net me the link to the x-360 being sold.

151 SGD for the x-360 one, the Ps3 one sure gonna be pricey. Nevertheless, a worthy investment IMO.

I will still be raging the arcade till the Ps3 version of the game comes out. Till then, my wallet is gonna go bust very fast. But then in exchange, is at least 2-3min of excitement and fun that keeps my life going(sounds as though gonna die LOL emo!). Rock on people!

Welcome to my office! The place where i spend 9-10 hours daily. I was given a Dell computer to work with for my design work. That suck balls. Thank God I have my daily soya bean drink for protein and my lovely Taeyeoniie as desktop wallpaper to accompany me through my grueling work load. As expected by most, my workplace is messy. How can it be neat when you are a designer? LOLOL

Model Choi Yeo Jin showed off her high class body and it was fine. Known for a healthy body, also known as not stick thin, she does yoga and ballet to keep in shape.

She was featured in the magazine 'Nylon' wearing Calvin Klein underwear promoting the 'Promise For Body' campaign. The campaign is for women to love their own bodies and cherish it. Of course, that's easy when you look like Choi Yeo Jin.

However, it was a pretty hard decision for her to take a photo shoot in just underwear because it is still something that is hard for the largely conservative Korean society to accept even now.

For some reason I find that she bears resemblance to Han Ji Hye in certain angles. What do you think ?
