The Big 30 Cruise

So Jordan and I turned 30 this last week and we wanted to celebrate in style. We did a 4 day Mexcian Baja Cruise and had a blast (after the sea sickness wore off). I recommend motion sick pills for everyone.

This is our favorite shot of the trip. Watching the sun set on the beaches on Ensenada, Mexico.

La Bufadora (a blow hole they call the Buffalo Snort) in Ensenada. Only three in the world.

Boat ride over to Catalina Island.

We loved Catalina Island. It was so beautiful and can't wait to go back. We kayaked a couple of miles up the shore line and loved it! We saw some sea lions jumping by us and brightly colored fish swimming around under us all the way.

I had to recover on the beach from some sea sickness from the cruise ship.

Thanks to everyone who sent us birthday wishes! I'm pretty sure that we won't need to eat for a week! If you've ever been on a cruise you know what I'm talking about.

Hiking

Here are a few shots from some small hikes this summer. We are trying to take advantage of our beautiful surroundings.

This is Grotto Falls

This is Stuart Falls

They had so much fun with Makall, Marcus, and Landon. We love you guys!

Random shots

These silly pictures of the girls show their true colors.

Livi at the Utah County Fair.

Catching up

So we've been total slackers lately, so I'll just post some random fun pictures from our summer and start to fall. First off, girls weekend in Twin Falls at Hilary's lovely new home in August. I love my girls and feel so blessed to have friends like them in my life. Thanks, Hil, for having us!

Some water falls in the gorge.

Kindergarten for Emery! I can't tell you how excited she was to start school this year, but I guess you can tell be her face.

Jordan and Cody proved how manly they are by climbing Mt. Borah at the end of August. I'm so proud of my mountain man.

Settling In

Here's a long blog catching us up over the last couple of months. We've had alot of big changes and we're ready to settle down and get back to real life. The first bunch of pictures is 4th of July. We had a nice time with friends and as you can see the kids stayed up way too late.

Well, here it is. We finally got our house done and moved in. Well, through the generosity of our family, and Jordan's co-workers, we got moved in. They moved us while Jordan was in the hospital with a cracked skull. We were so blessed by the service of others and feel so blessed to have our friends and family in our lives.

Here's the red door. After 4 coats of paint and a lot of "you know what we should have done's" we got the front door painted. Jordan wanted to go for a bold statement and I think he achieved it. Sorry I forgot to rotate it.

My favorite part of the house, the kitchen.

I think it's been a few months since I have blogged anything, so I guess I'll catch up on a bunch of stuff that we've been doing this summer. Graham did a season of coach pitch baseball (Jordan was the coach) and had a great time. Emery did a season of kickball and loved it.

Funny little dude!!!

Gooford, anyone suprised?
