My parents have been wanting us all to take a family temple trip. For family home evenings our goals has been to learn how to do the church family history website and to prepare some names we can take to the temple. I have never prepared my own name to take to the temple, so we had a lot to learn. It was really a neat experience because we were able to find a name for Giff and a name for me to take pretty quickly. We were able to take Giff's great, great grandparents on Rick's side and it was just a special day. My parents went and did a session in the morning with Grandma B. and then took all the kids so we could go as couples. We really felt the spirit that day as Herman Gellings and Anna Bushman were read off. We get to go back again and be sealed for them. What a great way to spend my birthday weekend! :) Can't wait to go back to the temple.

The Big 30 Cruise
So Jordan and I turned 30 this last week and we wanted to celebrate in style. We did a 4 day Mexcian Baja Cruise and had a blast (after the sea sickness wore off). I recommend motion sick pills for everyone.
This is our favorite shot of the trip. Watching the sun set on the beaches on Ensenada, Mexico.
La Bufadora (a blow hole they call the Buffalo Snort) in Ensenada. Only three in the world.

Catching up
So we've been total slackers lately, so I'll just post some random fun pictures from our summer and start to fall. First off, girls weekend in Twin Falls at Hilary's lovely new home in August. I love my girls and feel so blessed to have friends like them in my life. Thanks, Hil, for having us!
Some water falls in the gorge.
Kindergarten for Emery! I can't tell you how excited she was to start school this year, but I guess you can tell be her face.
