Only a few more weeks until our home is finished. We will be going to visit it this weekend and I'll make sure to take pictures of the changes. Until then here is a sneak peek of some of the decor. Once again the image is not great. Taken on my phone.

Some of the Details...
Visiting the house this week was so exciting!! We have hardwood floors, doors, and a railing on the stairs now!! It's so fun to watch everything start to come together.
Dirty Floors, but they are in and beautiful

We have doors! Small detail, but I LOVE my black hinges (black door knobs to come).
Below are just a couple more details going into our home. Can't wait to see it all come together.

House Updates
I have tons of pictures of our house and the building process from start to finish. I definitely plan on sharing them once the house is complete. It has been so fun to watch the changes that happen every week. N and I drive out there at least twice a week (used to be every day, haha). Tuesday night we went out there to help our neighbors move in to their newly finished home (N works with our future next door neighbor), and our house was finally starting to look like a house!!
Quality of pictures are not that great since I took these ones on my phone.

I can't wait to live here! Only a few more weeks...

Catch up...
Remember that one time that I said I was going to be really good at keeping this blog updated? Ha!! Needless to say over a year has passed.
N has this theory that if you tell people what your goals are, then you are less likely to accomplish them. He says that communicating your goals to someone else simulates the same feeling as actually accomplishing that goal. Maybe there is some truth to that. I think that sometimes life just happens, and due to our inability to predict what is coming our way, some of our goals sometimes get put on hold.
That being said I may or may not consistently post, but for now here is a quick catch up of our lives...(just in case ;)
N-
-Has been working for Novell as their Lead Management Rep since Oct 2011
-Currently Works with the young men in our ward as the Assistant Deacons Quorum Advisor
-Favorite hobby is currently paintball- member of a sponsored team: "Team Overspray"
-Teaches concealed firearm permit classes and NRA basic pistol shooting courses on the weekends
- still running his car business "YAW"- consistently helping about one client per month
L-
-Was promoted at 24 Hour Fitness as the Club Manager for the Taylorsville, UT club (I think I am the youngest CM in my region)
-Recently got released from the Primary Presidency in my ward, before that I served in the Young Women's Presidency
-Completed my first half marathon in June- loved it, so- I'm doing another one November 3rd!
-Last year my auto immune disorder got the best of me and ALL of my hair fell out (possibly more posts to come on that later)
-As a result of my health issues I have started a Gluten free life long diet (recipes to come later), and eventually plan to cut out almost all sugar as well
-I have also started working with a personal trainer twice a week... poor N has to be married to a baldy (definitely can be a mood killer), so I figured the least I could do was get in the best shape of my life (if I'm brave enough- before and after pictures to come later)
Us-
-Celebrated our 2 year anniversary in May
-Celebrated 4 years together in June
And the biggest news for our little family....
We're building a house!
We are in love and so excited ;-)
