Dear Santa 2013

The kids wrote their "Dear Santa" letters all by themselves!  They are so excited to see Santa this weekend.

I love how Kate's dog has such expressional eyebrows. 

I also think that Nic has better penmanship than 90% of all the adults I know. 

And no, I didn't assist with the writing or drawings, only the spelling (so I hope everything is spelled correctly....)

Ice skating

Our first ice skating adventure was a complete success! We started off on the big ice, then found the kiddy rink. Wow! Nic is a complete natural. I couldn't get him off the ice. Kate had fun but any to happy getting cold when she fell.

Cousin Fun!

We had so much fun yesterday at sea world with Ella and Aunt Christy.

Camping, mommy style

The kids and I are "camping" while David runs the San Antonio marathon.
I think we are having much more fun than he is!

Bubble Bee

OMG! OMG! Nic got to finally meet Bumble Bee!!! He was so excited he kept telling Kate not to touch the Transformer symbol because it would make him transform.
Nic did ask Bumble Bee to tell Optimous Prime he said hello.

Between a great photographer (Nana), perfect weather, photo poses research, 

and left over Halloween bribe candy for the kids 

the outcome is more than what I could have ever hoped for.
