Aiya

Today I dropped my items on the floor, I will bend down all the way to my legs (note I am sitting on high chair with my waist clipped belt) and try to reach for the items before I say AIYAH.


I had been sick since early March with diarrhoea and finally refused food in late March. Mummy brought me see PD, cost $87 with a 3min consultation fee of $50 and 3 miserable mini medicine bottle (with expiring date dated in 2 weeks' time). Then Mummy brought me to see Sin Ming GP and costs $20. Somemore big bottles ok!

I kena flu, fever, cough, phlegm and diarrhoea all at oncE!! First was diarrhoea, then fever, then cough and phlegm and then flu. Mummy says she is very very bey chey because I loved to shit in the middle of the night and mummy had a rough time with me cos at the same time, cannot disturb daddy up!

Hopefully it will go away soon, can't wait to see the sunshine and other kids like me.

Nightmare..

Yday, Uncle Bruce carried me and I watched MTV till I dozed off around 8plus. Mummy tot I was fast asleep and happily went to Ah Zor house to have pizza hut with Uncle Bruce and Uncle Alex.. Who knows I woke up and I was crying. I cried till I vomited and blood-shot eyeS! Mummy said she's got a hunch something's wrong when she just finished a pc of pizza and abt to start the drumlet. But she still went ahead eating, leaving me in the room crying. POOR ME! When mummy came over after a long time, I was really crying loud. Mummy consoled me abit, and I held my tears back. Mummy should realise I cannot do without her.. I am really really trying to learn independent! But.. if I dun see mum before bedtime, I dun know why I would wake up again.. Hmmm..

These few days, I stopped taking the second nap or rather, a shorter nap. Usually I took 2 naps including 1 in mid-morning and 1 in mid-afternoon, each lasting 1.5hours to 2hours or sometimes even 3 hours! I had been sleeping past 11pm. Just now, around 11plus, I was almost dozing off as usual on my mummy's lap. I started shaking and turning my head, I was trying to make my mummy laugh and mummy kept her laughter inside her. Then I swayed my head lying on her lap in fast motion and then detered speed and then slow motion. I kept repeating until I felt a bit dizzy. Then I was interrupted by my mummy's soft giggle, I gave her a frown look and she burst into laugher.. AHA! I looked at her and gave her a big smile with my pacifier on.

Mummy had a very difficult time in putting me to sleep. I want to punish her for not paying enuff attention on me. So I kept tossing, cruising along the bed for an hour.. Mummy cannot take it.. Who tell her to keep doing her own things and leaving me in the prison? :P

My big fall on 9 March

I have learnt to cruise along the furniture last week and when I woke up from my nap, I was attracted by the baby cot. So, I crawled to the baby cot, wanting to cling onto the rails and Bang! I fell and cried. Mummy came in, thinking I was letting out my usual cry when I awake. She was shocked! I really fell big time this time..

Mummy took me to see the traffic outside from the corridor, and rubbed my whole head with the zam buk. Ah Zor is very heart broken and dad asked if I am ok. I still smiled and laughed.. This is my 12th time my head was knocked.

Learning to be independent (I am 9months and 2weeks)

Mummy says I have just started learning to play by myself.. So far, I can play myself for almost an hour while my mummy was tutoring Aunty Shuqi yday. I am also trying to cruise along the furniture. I had so far succeeded in doing so along my mummy's bed last week.

My second fall

Today for the first time, I crawled.. I just turned 8 months on 20.. and Dad spotted me almost falling off the bed and grab me quickly. Luckily Dad was not working and Mum's gone for CNY dinner with her GSK colleagues.

In the evening, I had my real fall.. despite being surrounded by so many bolsters and pillows.. Aunty Shuqi was washing hands (that's what mummy hears from ah zor) and it was around 9plus today. Mummy was very angry because Daddy has warned Ah Zor that I had learnt to climb over the pillows. Too bad I am so eager to see the other side of the fresh land and BUMP, fell on my fight with 2 slight abrasion cuts.. Mummy bought new year clothes for me at Bugis. She took 2 hours to decide on 2 rompers and a pair of shoes. Mum will take photo tmr. Daddy went for his 'brothers' reunion dinner at Toa Payoh.. Mummy says that there are 3 tables and she is not going because its tradition for guys to gather.. Mummy says there will be many aunties and uncles and babies. But I m missing all the good food. Sob Sob

Mummy called Godma Loren asking her if she wants to join in our shopping trip tmr at Toa Payoh. Maybe we are going the afternoon? Mummy says she wants to monitor me first.. Pray hard hard I nvr vomit or feverish.

Boy Mummy's so tired and dozing off. So good nght!

My first rice cereal

I had my first rice cereal yesterday.. Ah Zor fed me with the Organic Baby Rice Cereal for 4-6 months old.. I was so excited that I kept making sounds.. Hee so happy lor.

However, I felt sleepy just now (3plus pm) and Mummy tot I was hungry.. URghh.. so I kept wailing away.. She dun understand.. Then finally she concluded with Ah Zor I wanted my sleep!! Ah Zor tricked me into sucking the pacifier before offering the remaining 2oz milk. And I slept right away..Zzzz

Daddy's bday

Daddy birthday have passed one day after midnight. My parents, Aunty Venus and Aunty Rein brought me to Sushi Teh at Thomson Plaza to have dinner to celebrate Daddy's birthday. Coincidentally, it was also the day when A.Miaowen was performing her K2 graduation at CC. There were not enough tickets to bring in everyone, so initially everyone wanted to go.. After all, its a KUNGFU performance, sounds exciting but Ah Zor was worried I would be scare scare so eventually I couldn't get to go..

I overheard the opening speech is very lo sor, the MP talked ya talked for almost half hour.. I dun noe, was enjoying car ride whle eavesdropping GrandUncle Koon's call to A.Venus to join them as the performance has not started officially.. Anyway going back to Daddy's bday...

Daddy had hangover headache and very 'sianz'. He slept on the floor in the utility room. Then Mummy got him to sleep on the bed in the morning. At Sushi Teh, Mummy started her nonsense by passing me up and down and indeed, I enjoyed.. hee hee, responded with a happy smile.. Everyone laughed. A.Rein fed me with milk while she took turns to carry me with A.Venus and Mummy.. Everyone enjoys the food except Mummy dun like the curry udon.. While I was being carried, I kept digging A. Venus clevage and her coach bag. I find it interesting lor. Like I will get something out of digging? Daddy also complained I kept slapping on his face at home.. He finds me cute.

Then Mummy got the Sushi Teh Mgr to bring in the bday cake after they finished the dinner. Daddy wasn't surprised cos he said when he came back from smoking, he saw new plates on the table.. Ah.. that goes Mummy's efforts. What to do, its a learning phase. Daddy used to be from F&B leh, Mummy really no sense! SOmemore she's also from F&B.. Think Mummy wants to learn how to do more surprises in future, like how her friends got all sorts of ideas but very 'straight and gong gong'. Mummy is very practical la.. she dun noe how to surprise ppl but wanted to be surprised.. Farni right? Anyway I slept a bit in A.Venus arms.. so tired lor. Until my head itches.. and I kept scratching my head. Then mummy went to buy KFC for U.Bruce and U.Mardis.

When I reached home abt 10plus, Ah Zor was so delighted to see me.. Mummy and Ah Zor cleaned me up and changed me into pyjamas.. ITs was already 11plus at night. Time Flies man. Milk time..! Then burp burp and suck on tutu to sleeppZZ.. ZZZZ Nites everybody.. Then Mummy and A.Rein went to watch "The Moment of Truth" variety show.

Today I woke up at 815am.. And around 10.50am, I started to suck on my mummy's shoulder till I fell asleep!! ZZzz.. today abit earlier ar? Cos I woke up so early!

As usual, I was fussing over the milk until Ah Zor tricked me into drinking the milk by sucking the pacifier.. LOL. Ah Zor was very delighted to see me, kept smelling me and talking to me. I love Ah Zor and I returned a bewildered smile to her.. Think I always melt her heart..

I try not to blame Mum for not posting on the blog regularly.. I have passed my many 'first-times' in my life such as m holding on to the bathtub, my first flip and my first bottle. Mummy says she has all shot in her mobile phone, just needs to dig out the archive photos... Urgh.. That's mummy..!
