My Mum's Craft Shop - Fairy Best Friends !

Good Morning!
It's been a while since I last had something to share, I do apologise for disappearing on you all. My Crafty mojo has been missing since around last Christmas ... I do hope it comes back soon!

My Mum's Craft Shop - Gardening Chicks !

Good Morning!
You will all most probably be relieved to see that this card is back in my usual style. 
I didn't want to bore you too much with my Clean & Simple cards so it's back to business today lol

Lili of the Valley - May Facebook Challenge !

Good Morning!
As some of you already know LILI OF THE VALLEY hold a challenge over on their Facebook page each month. This month's challenge is to follow a Sketch but hurry as it ends this Sunday at 6pm! 
5 Winners will be picked at random to win either a £10 or £20 Voucher!

Yet again the weather has affected the quality of my photo :(
I decided to create a Clean & Simple card that would be perfect for a Male Birthday or Father's Day next month.
The stamped image has been left un-inked to keep the overall effect of the design fresh. 
The ink does actually match the design paper and isn't as faint as the photo may lead you to believe ...

Creative Inspirations - Shape it Up !

Good Morning!
This fortnight's challenge at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS is
Shape it Up! 
We don't want to see any regular square shaped cards for this challenge.
This fortnights prize is from LIVE & LOVE CRAFTS and the prize is a
£10 GIFT VOUCHER!

 As you all know I am also on the Design Team for the RIBBON GIRL and they very kindly sent me a new 6x6 Paper Pad to play with that has just been released over on the website. Today's card is featuring a piece from the pad and I just love the muted colour. There are some wonderful floral designs in this pad, it's well worth a peek!
Also I'd just like to say a quick apology to those of you that always very kindly leave me comments on my posts. You've probably guessed time to craft is something I don't have much of atm due to increased hours at work, my course and various other things. I apologise to you for not managing to repay the favour but I really do appreciate that you have taken time to stop by my blog and leave such positive comments on the creations that I do manage to get made.

My Mum's Craft Shop - Beautiful Bouquet of Dahlia's !

Good Morning!
I have something a little different to my usual style of card to share with you all today.
Over a year ago I purchased some colouring pencils for myself that have been sat gathering dust ever since, well yesterday I decided it was time to do something about that! 

Today's card is using a floral design by Wplus9 that I stamped in a light coloured ink onto a card blank and coloured in with the pencils. 
This card can also be seen over on the MMCS BLOG and you can head straight over to where the stamp is over on the website simply by clicking the following picture.
I'm not too sure about the finished result, but it's always good to try something different once in a while. I'm also tempted to get some different pencils ...

The Ribbon Girl Card Challenge - Anything Goes !

Good Morning!
It's the first day of May, yes you read that right ... this year is flying by!
It's also the first Sunday of the month which means it's time for a new Card Challenge over at the RIBBON GIRL and this month's theme is Anything Goes! 
Basically it can be any theme, any shape as long as it's a card.

Not only have I used some gorgeous flowers from the Ribbon Girl but also some paper from one of the new ranges that they are now stocking! Apologies for the gloominess of the photo's, there was an extremely dark hailstone shower happening at the time I took these pictures!
