Did Good today.
Elip workout 1 hour 430 cal.
Kicked it! Did 30 min elip, 30 min bike

DId pretty good on eating.
Forgot all vitamins.

Messed up Satruday.
Gotta stick to plan and have rewards.

NO FOOD after 7pm.- excpet planned dessrt at 8pm. Pudding and tea.
Eat a REAL dinner.

minor M7M snacking
minor lasange snacking.

Trouble: NIGHT, tired, want to relax/reward/eat. Gotta find a plan.
Tea? Max glut? pudding? Eat real dinner,don't snack, structure.

Lasange, M&Ms.

Feel heavy, fat, weak and can't believe how I have declined.
Why? lack of workout structure, stress, eating all I want, eating wrong foods.

I can do this. Back to basics.

Positive thinking. Can do this.

The results are perfect for the process!

OK until 2pm then doritos. I think my body is so used to simple carbs it is going to have cravings for a while. It felt so good to eat them, like a relief. Need to find solution.

Then, birtday dinner. steak- potatos, etc. 1 glass wine.
Ate too much. Ok, start again.

I would not want to eat like that every day.

Did perfect until I had a handful of cheetos. (afternoon)
Made a lasange, and didn't taste while cooking. But when got home from the airport, it looked so good all baked, I did blts and that was probably worth a piece.

solution:
Chewing gum in kitchen at all times while cooking.
No food after dinner period, except planned pudding.

good:
Loved my pudding snack and looked forwrad to meals, they way I used to. Cut down on snacking.

Ok, 300 over. But I see why. I did the fooddiary today.
50 cal in Cashews eating while walking around
150 for 1/2 slice pizza boys ordered
too many cal in my afternoon snack- mini bagel with pb.

I see the errors... will fix!

This is going to be tough as life has suddenly become very busy. Diet IS the key.

I am going to log EVERYTHING I eat in fooddiary.com. 1300 cal a day, Max. If I exceed that then I am just not going to eat any more!

Also, I need to bring cross training back in. I have been doing so much step my knees are starting to bother me.

Ok.. maintenance has caused me to slip up and I have put back on 6 pounds. My goal is to lose 15 more.
