Eating exceptions:
Lunch out- some olive oil salad dresing, bits of bacon, roasted garlic, pickles, 15 chips.
Water- 1 gal

OFF DAY
20 min power walk around park
Eating
Exceptions: 13 tortilla chips. 3 bites chineese food.
1/2 extra energy bar.
Water 1 gal
Sat 1/17/09
Cardio 1 hour- 1/2 Body Combat (knees hurt) so switched to elip and other machines at the Y
Abs 15 min
Eating- PERFECT except:
Went out to Perrys. Ordered Shrimp Cocktail, Ceaser Salad and 1 glass white wine.
So excpetions were: salad dressing, wine, 4 bites of John's potato.

Kicked it! Did 30 min elip, 30 min bike
DId pretty good on eating.
Forgot all vitamins.
Messed up Satruday.
Gotta stick to plan and have rewards.

I am sabotaging myself with the eating.
Need more rules!
NO FOOD after 7pm.- excpet planned dessrt at 8pm. Pudding and tea.
Eat a REAL dinner.

minor M7M snacking
minor lasange snacking.
Trouble: NIGHT, tired, want to relax/reward/eat. Gotta find a plan.
