I'll Fall In Love With You, Over & Over Again
Bring me Back to When I First Loved You, Oh Lord.

Yesterday was Father's Day, a very special day to me. Of course, not as a Dad but as a daughter. Some may feel it's but another day, but to me, it meant appreciating the man that loves me so. This is the 18th year I'm celebrating the occassion with him, celebrating his efforts in bringing this willfull daughter up, celebrating his love for me. Also to remember the tears behind his bedroom door, and to thank him for everything.

It wasn't anything more than a simple meal and a card full of gratitude, but I could tell Dad was happy, though he spoke not a word:) I guess guys, or Dads in particular, doesn't like articulating heartfelts.

God I pray that You will watch over him all of his days, and may he know you as I do someday.
Amen

Take me Deeper, Deeper in Love With You
There's a longing only You can fill, a raging tempest only You can still

Finally, the awful common test has passed and the long sought after holidays are here. And I'm happy that I finally get a break from those scary revision. Although I was sticking through a mere 2 weeks study plan, it didn't appear any easier than a month one. But I've discovered that I'm a time-stress oriented person (if there's such a term).

Following the end of our last paper, the class headed for town, and then for a movie while I left for dance. It's amazing how God placed me admist all this amazing people who significantly made tertiary years more exciting:D

Just yesterday, I kept the night for them. We had a BBQ at Kim's house, a house that had many interesting visitors, like plam-sized moths, snails (brutally murdered by Claud), slugs (that sparked itchy fingers to sprinkle salt on it), and more! This is why we call Kim the 'Jungle Woman', she practically lives in one! Haha, anyway, it was an exciting night, coupled with occasional screams when the 'visitors' turn nasty and decided to fly in our way; yes, girls and guys alike. Though I wasn't there for long, the few hours was much treasured.

On Friday, I tagged behind Mom on as she did the City Tour from the airport to Bugis. It was enjoyable as I saw the professional side of Mom. For that moment, I wanted too to be a tour guide:D

I'm sitting by the edge of the chair looking forward to more this holiday will bring. Maybe a date with someone I haven't met in awhile, or a dine with the youths. Perhaps I'll hit the streets with a girlfriend, or sit down for a good chat with someone dear. We'll see about that!
