Good News!

Ya ya, I know I'm a bit late but I would still wanna wish my family and friends a Happy Prosperous Bunny Year! There are so many backlog entries to be filled up but I've been busy with gatherings and celebrations since last Christmas! Therefore, I'll be selectively posting up some events.

Backlog entries to be updated:
  • Japan Trip
  • Bangkok (HuaHin) Trip and
  • Many gatherings =D
But before I start any long post, I would like to share my 1st piece of new in 2011.
SMS reminder from HBD
Yes! We had completed the first phase of our BTO on 10th Feb 2011 upon Signing of Lease Agreement! Next will be the long wait for the key collection which is 3 years later!

Brief overview of our Fernvale Ridge
 $128,000 to $171,000 for a 3-room flat;
$216,000 to $271,000 for a 4-room flat; and
$281,000 to $352,000 for a 5-room flat

Fernvale Ridge is expected to be completed in 2Q 2014. The actual completion date will depend on the progress of construction. The Estimated Delivery Possession Date (EDPD) for this project is 30 Apr 2015.
Morning sun into Living Room Bed rooms:
4room units = #211, #239, #241
Blk 430D #239 and #241 were our 1st choice
Afternoon sun into Living Room & Bed rooms:
4-room units = #207, #209, #219, #221, #233, #235, #237
Blk 430D #237 was our 2nd choice

Becos we've got 201 out of 216, #239 and #241 were left with low floor (2,3 and 4 flr) by the time it's our turn. Since we can't get the higher ones having morning sun, we opt for our 2nd choice at higher floor instead.

Apparently, there will be a BTO (Fernvale Palm's playground and Pavillion and their carpark roof garden) besides Fernvale Ridge. Hopefully, some of the afternoon sun maybe blocked by Fernvale Palm Blk 433A but bedroom might get heat up by the afternoon sun.

Haiz... most likely i'll be 38 by then for the key collection...
