Bintan Argo Beach Resort on Christmas Day

Phew... though it would be tiring after a night of retro madness. Feeling refreshingly on cloud nine, I'm now heading towards TMFT. YES!! A short getaway on Christmas day! Nah dun envy la... I haven't got the chance to go on a long trip this year fyi. Kinda sad actually but still it's a blessing in disguise I would say. :D

After more than 2hrs of journey, we finally reached Bintan Agro Beach Resort =)
U must been wondering y dat look? haha... coz he refused to take a pic with me! So I was angry lor. *hix hix*

The weather wasn't dat good and was raining intermittently. The sight of water was almost a few km away from the shore. We were kinda disappointed with the missing sea, so we decided to rot in our room!!


Soon before we turned in, I noticed my bed was wet!! Gosh, we then realized that the leak from the ceiling above. We demand a change of room. God blessed, they upgrade us to a room with seaview and balcony!

Apart from the crab and calamari, the other 2 dishes was out! I guess they must have mistake sugar for salt during the minutes blackout. It was awful!!! We left the dishes untouch after a few mouth.

This year christmas...

Is it a wonderful Christmas for all of you? No doubt it was a little different this year... with a new member joining us and some FAILED to join us.

This year Christmas was hosted by the Ngerns couple. It is always a big headaches to have theme nowadays and THANKS to the Tans who first started with such idea in 2006 xmas celebrations at Coris! This round, the Ngern gave 'RETRO' theme a shout.

Since a few of our buddies wont be joining us and I get to knock off only at 7pm. We decided to start at 8.30pm instead of 6pm. Meaning to say, I have ample time with my bake.

Reached Ngern's place at 7.30pm. I have bout an hour to prepare before the guys arrive.

Coming to an end, the host came up to me with a 'hamtara-wand' for the best dress award. Kudos to my effort!! Next year we shall pass on to next better player! by then I will not guarantee if the hamtara will change colour not???!!!!! Muhahhahahhahah

Not only that, I decided to pamper myself once for this really high-end dummy camera to replace my 3yrs old ixus. After hesitating for a week or so, I finally made up my mind for this cool and sturdy look model, "Canon Powershot G10"!! !! Millions thanks to Ingur for his credit in getting me a very good price from Don =)
