Running...huh, what? In the past nine months I've viewed all of episodes of LOST and Rescue Me... and consumed an average 0.5-1.0 bags of Costco pretzels per week....about sums it up.
Well, okay, I've been a wanna-be yogi, cyclist, roller-blader (thanks spell-check), skijor-er (ist?), skier, but running...nah. Mostly, my training has been focused on the mental side...getting lots of sleep, and "getting tough" by watching stuff like Touching the Void, Iditarod docs, Iron Will (can't get enough Mackenzie Astin), and, of course, 20 Days of Night, and Blair Witch Project.
That said, just because my physical training has suffered, that does not mean I haven't cracked the whip on Tony. Here are some pictures that I took of Tony's training while I was riding my new 2014 totally awesome, purple and black, lynx-spotted Ski-Doo.
