Veteran's Day

I totally forgot to post these in a timely manner. The kids (including cousin Davis) got to ride in Nathan's police truck in the Veteran's Day parade. They were pretty impressed with themselves!

Halloween party '10!

Last night we had our nearly annual Halloween party. We had a lot of fun and 38 tons of food. (Who's up for some leftovers?) Also, no one got my costume. Apparently no one I know watches "Chuck."

Tara's 6th birthday!

My first attempt at a Barbie cake. I spent all afternoon on it, only for Tara to refuse to eat any. GRRRRRR.

Tara turned 6 years old today. She was so excited she woke up at 6 am. Bobby told her "You know, you look different today. A little older, maybe a little taller." HAHA. She had her cousins over and her new friends Shaylee and Brighton. (And little Wesley, who I could just steal.)

Kindergarten graduation!

Just to stand up there without her hand in front of her face is a huge accomplishment!

Tara graduated from Kindergarten today. She's excited but she says she'll miss Mrs. Cameron, her teacher.
Bobby finished 1st grade today with straight A's for the year.

Last night for my birthday, I got as close as one can get to Beatle fan heaven, without being in the presence of an actual Beatle or by going to some geographic location relevant to the Beatles. Where did I go, you ask?
