Event 2 : The UEFA Cup is in Malaysia!

I'm not a football fan. I watch once in a while or just joining bf to catch up with the games at certain times. But I can't help getting excited to meet the football's biggest star - THE UEFA Cup itself! It is a real cup, and it was in Sunway Pyramid. I saw it on Saturday & Sunday, not sure about the previous days but I was told that Sunday was the last day and it will be taken to Penang.

Heineken sponsored this tour I assume. Everyone is allowed to take a Polaroid photo with the UEFA Cup for free! So you can tell how long is the queue. Luckily I brought a camera, can snap some photographs.

Some of the objects that were on display :
We were 5 turns away to the Cup for the photography. Suddenly, the 3 bodyguards stopped us. They looked so strict with their suits & sunglasses. We were wondering why they stopped the queue. I mean, its not like the Cup is a human celebrity, got tired of fan photography session or something.

That 3 bodyguards approached the Cup and they started to pray some liquid. They were polishing it. Hahahah! Some people started laughing at them.
Oh yes, in the end we got to take a photograph with the Cup. :)

Wanna guess who is the happiest person on earth that day?
Answer :
Look at that smile! HAHAHAHAH!!! Syg is so funny! :D

He called up his friend who is also another die-hard fan of Barcelona. We waited for his friend for so long that we decided to go for another round of photography. XD Tamaknya!

Joe felt embarrassed that he have to put on his dark blue jacket & cap for the second round.

After obtaining 4 Polaroid photos overall, we went to Nando's for dinner. After dinner, Joe's friend reached. It was such a disappointment for him. He came too late. The Cup was already removed from the display booth. Joe tried to cheer his buddy up by taking some photographs with him. Aww.. How nice of him :)

Syg was happy that I still follow him to the 2nd round though my right toe was bleeding out of the nail area. I felt bad letting him cleaning up my wound at my leg. :( But he said it is his responsibility. :) One good boyfriend.

It makes me smile when he said "Thank you, Busuk". :) [I'm not really busuk as in stinky ok]

Event 1 : Selamat Pengantin Baru, Liza.

Today is my first time attending a wedding without parents because it is my friend's wedding. So I took Syg along. :D

It was a Malay wedding, held at Putra Ria apartment. I didn't know that Liza & her elder sister got married at the same time! But I'm attending this wedding because I love weddings & I wanted to see my old friends from primary & secondary schools.

I didn't wear Kebaya or Kurung to the wedding. Just leggings with long T-shirt. Thanks to my Malay look, many Malay people, mainly perempuan, stared at me up & down. I felt so not comfortable at first. I know the dresscode should be something sopan. Maybe to them, Malays have to wear Kebaya or Kurung. Oh well, they don't even know me anyway. I managed to ignore them after my friends & bf told me to do so and be cool about it. huh! I forgive you all for not knowing anything and simply stare at me to make me uncomfortable.

I'm going to buy a kebaya for myself as soon as possible, for Raya with Syg & future weddings to attend. I know I'm excited about Atiqah's wedding next year! ;)

Some photographs to be shared.

Here comes the bride(s)..
My friend is the bride in white.

I managed to meet some friends!
From left : Rasyidah, Atiqah, Me, Siti Noripidah, Sham, Farahin.
Gee.. I feel so old suddenly. I compared the old photographs to this.. :')The bride's precious tears.. :') I can only say I understand when I'm at her position.
I'm glad I didn't miss out this wedding. Previously, it was Haslinda's wedding. She invited me via Facebook last year but I didn't get to attend. More weddings please. :)

Syidah asked me a soalan cepu emas.
"Awak ada niat nak convert tak?"

Well, yes since I'm on this path with Joe :)
I really, really think we are all the same. Joe and I did talked about this theory last night while he drove me home. I do not look at Islam as another religion. All religions are the same in the end. This is my point of view. And I'm willing to convert if this is my path, if this is written for me. I can open up my heart & my mind to this. That's why I choose to ignore some insensitive people who doesn't see things the same way that I do.

Syidah : Saya ingat lagi apa yang awak cakap dulu.
Me : Hah..I cakap apa?
Syidah : Awak pernah jawab " Muka saya se-Melayu mana pun, saya takkan convert kepada Islam!"

I was shocked to hear this. I seriously don't remember. Syidah can never forget those words from me because since that day till today, her instincts tell her that one day I will have faith with this religion. Backfired sentence? :O

I'm speechless. God knows what's going to happen next. :) Let it be. Joe heard this conversation and he smiled. hahah.

P/s: OMG 1 am already. Do look out for my EVENT 2 entry. Yes, two events in one day! :)

Stop Giving, Stop the Suffering.

Mr. Sree, a well-known photographer from Sonic Image Photography came up with a brilliant campaign. The message really made me realise something that I never thought of.

When you see a kid approaching you with stuffs like tissues or sweets, you tend to feel sorry for him. So you give him more money in the name of sympathy. I know I'm like that.

But, where would the money go to? How sure are you that the money would really help the kid you felt sorry for?

I happened to know about this charity campaign. Hahah. If you noticed, I was in this short film as well. :P

I believe this is one of Mr Sree's first few attempts in videography. I think it is nice. :) And his son is so adorable! That's right, the little boy you see in the short film is his son.

P/s: video abit laggy. will do something bout it later.

How to be annoying in workplace

This is written based on experiences of mine & others. No intention to put anyone to shame. no intention to direct any message to anyone that I know of. This is one random post.

Language: Sarcasm.
Dialect: Direct style.
Level of Sarcasm : Level 1, Mild, Lemon & Herbs. Hahah!

1. Leave the office in the mess so that someone can clean it up.
2. After drinking, leave the cups anywhere you like because you know someone is going to wash it for you. Best part is to leave your cup on someone's table.

3. Blast the music aloud so that everyone knows you love that song. Even better, repeat it for at least 8 times.
4. Leave the overloaded rubbish in the bin so that the next day everyone knows you ate KFC.

5. Use the pen that you borrowed from colleague's table and never return it.

6. Eat up all the delicious cookies from the mini pantry all by yourself.
7. Talk on the phone as loud as you can. Laugh at a high pitch too if you can. Show the world that you are the only happy person living here.
8. Use your colleague's PC and to show appreciation, you change the desktop theme, screensaver, wallpaper. Change the Firefox Personas too!
9. Have some Cheesy Wedges while you type using your colleague's keyboard. After all, sharing is caring. Share some cheesy sticky keys.

10. Update your colleague's Twitter status when he/she left for lunch and forgot to log out. Tweet as nasty as you can.
11. Switch off the modem while your colleague is planning to overtime and do her/his work using the internet connection.

12. Wet the office's toilet seat so that other users have to get more tissues to wipe the seat dry.

13. Leave the toilet bowl without properly dispose any evidence of your big/small/medium businesses. Let people know you are a good businessman/woman. That's your outcome. Your product.

14. Keep tapping on the table according to your favourite rhythm using your fingernails. The louder the better.

15. Keep talking nonstop to your colleague so he/she can't focus on her/his work. At least you have a friend to gossip with.

P/s: I give up putting images for the rest. hahah. XD
