Little Miss Sawyer turned 1 June 10. What!? Where has the time gone? I have not posted anything from her first year! I have missed milestones, thinking I would record them later than that later came, and I forgot! Oh I am so disappointed in myself. I am going to try to write some things about her. It may or may not be on the blog (so don't hold your breath) For now, I'll update you with this pic and say she is one sweet girl!

Three

Makenna Boo turned 3 in March! She has/is giving us a run for our money and tests my patience everyday especially at bedtime. Everyday I look at her, I swear she grows up even more. We wouldn't trade her for anything!

Whose Child is This?

I went to get Makenna after her nap and she was reading her Elmo book. There is a page where some of the characters are at the dentist. She was saying it was a doctor. I explained to her that the dentist cleans our teeth. Now to go back a little...after she went to the doctor when she was sick and coming with me to take Sawyer, she asks to go so she can get a sucker. So, today, she said I want to go to the doctor. I get a sucker. I told her in a few months and we will go when she turns 3. She replied no 4. I said you want to go when you are 4? Yes. We started down the stairs and she kept saying doctor and 4. I told her we weren't going today. She started to cry. Really? She certainly doesn't get it from me. Heck she tried to watch as she got her flu shot. I try everything possible not to go to the doctor. A sucker just doesn't cut it for me:) Oh baby girl, you are one tough cookie; doctors, falling down stairs, very little phases you. I love you.

Movie and Popcorn

Baby is asleep, daddy is out, and Kenna boo and I are watching Nemo and eating popcorn. Oh she is growing up. Not sure how long she'll sit, but I will take these moments with her anytime.

Happy Halloween

Here are some pics from tonight. I had good intentions of making a longer post, but after sitting here trying to go through pics from the weekend and edit them, bed is calling my name.

Tooth

I was feeling my baby's gums yesterday and I said to Nate, she has a tooth. He was like no. I said yeah I'm pretty sure, I could feel the smallest poke on her front bottom right. So he then felt and confirmed my discovery. I became sad and he was excited. My baby is growing up...way too fast. I just love her gummy smile. I had to capture her smile before teeth showed. The picture doesn't do it justice, but every smile of hers is so darn cute and melts my heart.
