Kraftin' Kimmie August Release!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps have released their new AUGUST images!

If you've been following the Krafty Peeks these past few days, you must know by now that all the new stamps are SPOOKTACULAR! There are plenty of Halloween images for your creepy creations - three adorable little witchies from Cheryl Alger, five fun Halloween stamps from Emilie Goulet and six very cool Batty Princess and friends from Annie Rodrigue!

My card today uses another one of Cheryl's cute witches.



In real life, it's quite a sparkly thing! My cardstock is shimmery, the ribbon is stitched with silver thread, and my adorable witchie is decked out in black kindyglitz! The stars were ripped off of a Prima vine, and all the black areas in my coloured image were coated in black kindyglitz to match. I hope no one is offended by PINK on a Halloween card!

Kraftin' Kimmie August Peeks Day 1

Release day is fast approaching at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! In a couple of days all will be revealed and you can start to buy your Halloween goodies in the store. First though - we want to tease you a little! Bwahahaha! (that's my creepy Halloween laugh!?!)

(You'll have to bear with me these next few weeks - we don't really 'do' Halloween in Australia so I have no appropriate embellishments, which means you'll get used to a simpler style from me this month!)

Today the Krafty Girls are sharing cards created with Cheryl Alger's cute witchies. They are all a bit of fun and come with a silly sentiment. I LOVE those knobbly knees!

A Recipe for Success!

The latest challenge is up at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps!

This time it's a recipe challenge hosted by Tracy. She is asking us to create a card using the following ingredients: 1 flower (Just 1!!?? Arrghh!!!), 1 chipboard and 1 ribbon.

My first KKS Challenge!

It's challenge time at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps.

My first challenge as a Krafty Girl is to incorporate distressing. I have to admit I rarely do this! Maybe it's just laziness!? But it is a lot of fun - quite liberating if you don't often do it.
It's just paper remember. Rip into it!



I ADORE the Fairies that were released a few months ago. Today I have used the sweet Clarabelle on my card. LOVE her stripey legwarmers! 
Coloured with Copics to match the beautiful Authentique papers from Lime Tart.

Lots of antique linen distress ink, and my as-new-but-years-old Heidi Swapp distresser got a good work out! I know you have one of those!!! Dust it off and enter the Kraftin Kimmie challenge. Use a KK image on your card and you could win a stamp for your troubles!
