Here are some of the picture about something that i do in my college.....But we usually just playing around and did not doing it seriously.....

This is the types of sponge cakes that we make in the kitchen.the cakes that i make is the first row second one.

This are the types of bread that we make ......it has softroll,hardroll,donut and chelsea bun.....other are easy but chelsea bun is the most difficult to make among them.

This is coux paste a.k.a creampuff......its is easy to make but the chance on perfection is 50% cause its need put the creampuff to the suitable temparature or the thing will burn.....XD

This is the puff pastry.....its look small but hard to do......you need alot of time doing this baby.....you must fold it 5-6 times before you bake so it will become alot of layers in the pastry.....

This is the grilled fish fillet with cream sauce that we sell on Bon Apetit(a fine-dining restaurant which chef student sell their product)and Bon Apetit means Happy Eating in French......

Another product that we sell on the restaurant.this is oven baked chicken with brown sauce serve with fettuchini.

This is the dessert which have a nice name.....Bomb Alaska.The base of this dessert is sponge cakes and the topping is ice-cream.....and the caramelize sugar are put as a garnishing to the dessert......

This is the combination of choux paste,puff pastry and sugar crust dessert.It called the petit four.this set tekes us 4 hours to finish everything we want......XD
