Christmas With Nadaulds

Love that we live close to both families!  After our Heaton Christmas, we did the same thing with the Nadaulds.. My boys were in cousin heaven for the entire break.

Here is Luke Playing his piano for the family
And some other cute nadaulds sharing talents.. Mary, Noah, Nicki and Cameron
 Jake on the Violin
 Luke steeling some grammie time
Jackson showing his stuff for the younger cousins.
And -- leave it to Aunt Rebecca to think of a fun game to play with all the kids while we exchanged cousin gifts.  It's so nice to have the heber house so we can all fit together in style!

Chrismas Eve and DAY 2011

Getting ready for Santa Christmas Eve

I'm getting nothing for Christmas... L2R Jake, (aunt penny's grandson), Gavin and Luke

Luke was dared to say "Boy was I mad" really loud and did it just at the right time... So fun~
My two angels... wait -- how come usually they act like devils.  This can't be right.
L2R: Ellie, Lily, Sam and Nate -- bestest cousins!

 Nate and Sam with Santa

Jake and Luke with Santa.  Christmas tradition in my family is if you participate in the Christmas eve program, you get a present from Santa... They were ready for the present after a great performance!
Love my sister... we get to take about one picture together each year and it's usually at the Christmas Eve Program. She is the best, I love having a big sister to teach the way of life.. She's amazing.
Sam DID NOT like his footed Christmas pajamas so thankfully Uncle Gavin helped him find a shirt to wear.  He tried to convince him the jamas were cool... but Sam was having none of the that!

Everyone felt bad for Sam.. even Aunt Tara took pity on him.

On the way home we saw Santa's sleigh in the sky.  It's hard to see in the picture, but it was clear as night in real life.  See the red of Rudolf's nose?  It was pretty cool and we hurried home to get in bed!
 Ready to open some presents

Train tables, and remote control cars, and blow guns, and cowboy boots... we fared pretty well.

I got some fancy jewelry from Jake that he hand made.  I LOVE IT!

Heaton Christmas Program and Nativity

Talent show - Jake did great on the violin -- Allegretto.

Nate was cute too... Can't remember his talent.  Just being cute, I guess.

And Sam did chubby little snowman (tubby witto toeman)

Luke Played a piano piece.. Silent Night

Just some pictures of watching all the cousins..

The boys sang while Kason and Grandma played. (notice that Luke is happy and smiling, just as long as he isn't posing for a picture!)

Not a show without a little trickroping.. right??

 Kolby and some musical talents

Lindsay is who Jake is aspiring to play like... she's pretty amazing on the Violin!

of course, after the talent show... the kids LOVE the nativity play. (I don't know why Luke NEVER smiles for pictures... He really is our happy goofy kid, and I can never capture it on camera)
Another picture of the not smiling Luke as a shepherd.
It's always fun and a little chaotic to get the nativity going.
Sam is another cute shepherd this year.
Lily is so patient with Nate's annoying poking and prodding. :)

    Just love these cute kids!

Christmas wounds.

It would make you mad, if you just didn't know how much fun they WERE having. :)  Jake loves his older cousins and while playing chase - dove into the doorway and caught the handle on his forehead... OUCH.

He lost his 2 front teeth just a few days back and thought he should show off the cut and the lost teeth..
He did great during the doctor's visit... not much crying, and he got to chill with Dad at Grandma and Grandpa Nadaulds so he could rest a little afterwards.
Starting to get a black eye already!  funny how fast it happens.. The next day it looked like this.
Fortunately, we are blessed with a doctor in the family.  And a VERY fun one at that.  The kids thought it was very fun to help uncle Lincoln remove the stitches the week later..  I'm glad Dr. Linc is so professional looking.

Christmas 2nd grade play

The 2nd grade put on a fun holidays play that talked about all the different holiday traditions.  I'm glad they get to learn a little about the rest of the world in school, because Utah is not a very diverse state!  Look at all these kids.. they look like they could be siblings.  I'm sure people out of Utah all see us this way too!!  so fun.  I love Utah. :)

And some blurry pictures just to make us wonder if our eyes work.

Cute Nate helping to put away the chairs after the play.  Love our Baby!
