Been in a lockdown for too long, I discovered many simple recipes to try at home. To me, this is the easiest Thai recipe, after Tomyam!
It's so tasty and simple to make that I had to share the recipe for you to try it 😆
I can't choose between squid and shrimp so I use both in this recipe.
To make it you'll have to have:
1. Squid - clean and cut into desired size
2. Shrimp - clean
3. Suhun @ glass noodles
*boil these 3 ingredients for around 30 seconds or until suhun @ glass noodles are soft in a boiling water. Strain the water and leave them aside.
In a bowl, mix well:
1. Lemon juice / lime juice
2. Fish sauce
3. Oyster sauce
4. Chili sauce
5. Water
6. Onion - sliced
7. Garlic - crushed / chopped
8. Tomato - diced
9. Coriander leaves - chopped
10. Bird's eye chili - sliced
11. Lemongrass - sliced
12. A little bit of sugar and salt
*you may add the ingredients according to your liking or the quantity of the seafood you have.
Pour the mixture onto the squid, shrimp and suhun @ glass noodles. Tadaaaa it's done!
Nyums!
