Laundry Room Shelf raised & Washer & Dryer in place

Its coming together.  On Friday Todd & Billy raised the granite shelf in the laundry room 4 " so the washer & dryer fit under neath it.  Then I filled holes & painted the baseboard & wall.  It looks so good.  Todd put them in place so I could do laundry.  Its a beautiful thing.  One piece of window molding needs to be put back up and then its done.  Then my next focus will be the inner workings of closets and a wall mounted ironing board.

Tyson's Closet Door installed - finally

Saturday I painted two coats of paint on the inside of the doors and 1 coat of paint on the exterior side of the doors.  Nice to have them installed.  I"ll have to find the time to finishing painting and then purchase the handles.  So excited in progress

Todd finally purchased the tools so work could progress on our house.  Billy installed Tyson's closet door that has been waiting in the garage for months and then up in Tyson's room for months to be installed.  So happy it is in.  Now I'll have to find knobs for it and paint it.  I love progress.  And so does Tyson.

New Washer & Dryer

Todd's work in Boston & Connecticut paid off and he found a great deal - floor models (washer & dryer) from A-1 Appliances.  These are fabulous - no more hauling laundry to the laundromat.  We've been well acquainted with the laundromat each week for the past nine months.Its a joyous occasion.

Two New Couches

Todd worked for two months in the Boston, Connecticut area and so he bought us some new couches from American Factory Direct in Covington.  

They are wonderful.  Bernhardt 'Foster' Leather Sofa (Color: Merlot)

Future guests will choose these over a bed.  They are so comfortable.

Kitchen Christmas 2010

It was so great to have a full functioning kitchen this year with countertops, sinks, dishwasher, speedcook oven, range hood w fan & light, refrigerator drawers, etc. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
