Things to be grateful for

Things to be grateful for

- God who loves me
- A complete family, with parents and 2 sisters who can talk, quarrel and make up quickly after
- Healthy body. Although it can be better if i do more stretchings and cut down on those fast food
- Career that I have passion for. Read my zodiac that people born in the year of Rats are suitable to be financial advisors. Isn't that cool since I did not know about it before I joined the industry. \m/
- friends who loves me for who i am
- Smart and adorable dog
- Blue Skies and clouds
- Clean air
- Efficient public transport
-my new Windows 7 which is so fast and I don't need to buy a new computer
- Blackberry hp

Feels good to write the things I'm grateful for..count our blessings and know that we are fortunate to be alive each day...

Change of Firm

I am still passionate about this industry. So, have recently decided to switch firm. Awaiting my license to get through. Should be anytime soon. Spoke to many of the FC's in the new firm and pretty much find them all goal-oriented and much more vibrant than my old firm.

To a Brighter Future ahead.. Cheers!~

NAC Conference

This week I attended the 1st National Achievers Congress Seminar of my life. Actually, NAC has been in existence ever since 18 years ago. It sprung into existence by the foresight of Mr Richard Tan. The guests were mainly motivational speakers, with millions of dollars which they earn passively. Their objective is to promote their workshops at the end. It is excellent for audiences who are hungry to learn because what these speakers dishes out in their 2-hr speeches is beyond what normal humans can achieve. I was most impressed with the ex Prime Minister of Great Britain, Mr Tony Blair for his wisdom and humility. And with Shaun Stenning who's cash making machine created the most impact. The speakers were all mastery of sales and 80% are really engaging.

I managed to make abt 8 new friends in the conference and exchanged namecards with 7. Stayed in Yising's home on wed night cos the event was held in expo.

I'm excited, my pursuit is taking off (but I can't tell you guys yet) and I can just sense that 2010 will be a very special year for me !!

Spring Cleaning Exercise

Recently, the house has been undergoing a decluttering exercise. It was a painful process of opening up the boxes, going through my old stuff that needs to be thrown. That includes my primary sch exercise books, sch projects, assessment books, textbooks from secondary to university, campus crusade notes, and many other knick knacks that I have accumulated over two decades. I was looking through my cupboard and saw a shoebag with a lock, I remember it contained diary I wrote in Primary school to sec 3 and started reading it. My entries were always about friendships, camps and crushes I had.. LoL!

We sold about $12 worth of books & papers to the Karung guni uncle, and I also sold the dysfunctional HP laptop which was used in Perth fr 2005-2008. It was sold for $10!

So much junk..!The whole house feels so clean & the living room has echo now! Haha! Love the house !
