Finding time (or remembering) to blog is more difficult then I thought it would be. I hope to update this page, and keep it updated. I have begun another year of preschool, and of course I am in love with them all, already. I have super adorable kids, and we are having a pretty good time together so far. Here are a few pics from this year. Happy looking!
'J' enjoying his donut on our Police Officer day. We learned all about safety, emergencys, 911, stranger danger, etc. The best part was watching the K9 in action. Thanks so much for coming to our class, Deputy!
Rainbow Fish day! We learned how important it is to share!
'L' on our first preschool day! CUTIE!
All the kids were to decorate a can, to hold supplies we use. Miss 'M' made me my very own can! I love it!
Here is a picture of our GERM BUGS. We learned all about them, and then made them with watered down paint and a straw! Do you cough in your germy wormy?
'R' enjoying a snake at our Pet Parade. Teacher Christel did NOT touch the snake. ' 'H' with his HUGE doggy at the pet parade!
On this day we celebrated colors! We had a rainbow feast, dressed up in many colors, and made our own rainbow color crayons. They are super easy. First you need to peel all the wrappers off of the crayons. Then break them up to fit into the pan. Mix the colors. Bake at 275 for about 10 minutes. Put int he freezer for a few minutes to cool, and then you color! :)
On this day we read the story, If You Give A Pig A Pancake. Then we got to eat pancakes with tons of toppings to choose from. We also made a pretty cute pancake craft.

Making Bunnies
We had fun today learning the letter U, but the funnest part was making our buNNies. I love the ear feet! We were going to hang them up in the school but the kiddos wanted to take them home to help decorate for Easter... So I guess we will have to make something else to add some Easter in class.
Today during class we were working on our writing page. When we do this we are suppose to be *super* quiet, and work very hard. I had a sweet preschooler today that would rather whisper to her friend, and when I told them that the clock told me it was time to be finished, she got very GrUmPy. I had to grab the camera to catch her mood. I guess she really wanted to finish! On the left of this post I have her cute picture.... :) She cheered up moments later!

Thee Best job on EaRtH
I can honestly say I am one lucky gal. I never dreamed that while deciding what to do in life, career wise, would have fit so perfectly into my life. I remember trying to decide if I really should become a preschool teacher. . It was between teaching and photography. I still love taking pictures, but I am grateful I made the choice that I did. I love teaching these innocent little children. Even a bad day at my job, is a good day. I have thought about changing careers over the years. I have even had a few ideas in mind, but then I picture NO MORE preschoolers... I think as long as I can fill a class, I will continue to teach. The hardest part has been moving and then trying to build it up again. A business based on word of mouth can be difficult, however, I have been blessed with full classes and supportive parents every year. Thank you!! I pray that I am making a difference, and helping these kids build a love for learning at such an early age. It is amazing how smart they are, how much they retain, and how easy it can be to fall in love with them. Again, thank you to YOU if you have trusted me with your child throughout the years, and I hope it was a HaPpY, positive experience. - Teacher Christel
