Satisfied

So I've been occupying my time with scholarship applications.

Scholarship applications can be quite pek chek.

So I went out yesterday to the Spring with Abigail and Emily.

I didn't realise how much I miss all the "bonding" (actually it's just sitting in one spot like tekangs and talk about crap) sessions we used to have.

Especially in school. Even when we were just asking each other academic stuff.

Because they laugh when you ask stupid questions. Or when you draw BBQ tongs symbols.

Or when you break someone else's bottle on Friday the 13th and it flew all the way to the front.

Or when a snake enters the class and nobody reacts.

Dang. I shall wait for Andrea's time machine. :)

Meanwhile, laksa and kolo mee are pretty satisfying. :D

Back! =)

I am back in Kuching! =D

Laksa is awesome. =)

And SPM results are out. :)

On the eve of results day, I was kin-tio-ing over the phone. Mum called, dad called, Mdm. Tan called, Amanda called, called Amanda, called Abigail....

My seniors stared at me like I was mad. Haha.

On that same night, there was an interhouse Dikir Barat competition in college. Such a good stress relieve, that was. It was hilarious watching them clapping and shaking on stage. =P

Anyway, I don't have photos of the night but it was pretty entertaining. =) Amanda told me my results the following day. And I celebrated by watching Prince of Egypt with lots of unhealthy junk food. Hehe.

Among the things that happened thus far:

There was a Creative Fair not far back. No pictures. I painted a rock. Not very nice. Mopped the floor til midnight. Not very fun.

After that, there was a Batch Anniversary organised by my batch's Special Task Excos. Good food (lasagna!), good dances. During freestyle dance, someone stood in the middle as the pole and another danced around him. =.="

Batch 12.5

The dress code for the night was black. So we all looked like we were attending a funeral. It was held on a school night so there wasn't much to do. Ended about 10 and we all went back.

The final dance

I have also witnessed 3 birthday bashes since the last one. One was tied up. Another was blindfolded. And the last one was left free.

Kerjasama menge-catch the victim ;p

All three had water poured over their heads. Lol. Quite harmless for the girls. =)

The victim =p

They did make it sweet though. They lighted up candles in the middle of Saad Square. Birthday girl made a wish at every candle.

Love for birthdays

And another one had her name spelled out with candles in the middle of the huge football field. =)

Jane's birthday

The boys have more extreme versions. Their water has everything horrible you can imagine - from leftovers from dinner to detergent and newspaper, all mixed in the same pail of water. *shudders*

They call it "chemical wash".

We had Secret Recipe in the Cafe after the short water fight. I stood next to the wrong guy and had water splashed on me as well. =.=" Kesian lar wei. Haha.

Everybody

Oh wait. Did I mention a lizard drop on my head just before the bash? I thought it was Zi Hao playing with my hair so I turned to him, only to see him staring at the floor with this horrified expression.

Him: Oh. My. Gawd. *stares at black lizard on floor* It dropped on my FACE!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

So the head wasn't so bad... I think. LOL.

The eve of the last day of school (12.03.10)

That's the last birthday bash before the last day of school. =)

Pretty good way to end it.

I cut down my words, Amanda.
