YES! IT'S OVER! Phew~ This week has been full of band. Everyday = band practice. Alas, we can all take a rest. =) PTL.
Amanda: (about us not entering class whole week) Like another week of holidays!
Anyway, this morning was our Merdeka performance at the state stadium. No lah, our entrance was not bloody and tearful - don't emo la... =P But it was sweaty though! -___-'' I suddenly realise how gross that sounds.
Anywaayy, we had to combine with 5 (is it 5?) other schools for this performance - St Jo, Green Road, Kuching Town, Chung Hua and the Scouts. Had to go to stadium for 5 days prior to today. The first few practices when things were not yet organised were tiring. Luckily everything got better and more fun towards the end. =D Not bad la, this thing. Haha.
Marilyn: Tomorrow I go be watergirl. Haha! I can wear shorts! I shall wear my super colourful pants so you all can see me! (her pants today memang the colourful one +.+'')
I remember the first practice. My tuba was very the sesat. Everyone else was using converts and I was playing it concert style. =.='' All practices after that were in the field. Everyone carried their tuba with the bell faced down and I carried mine with the bell faced up. Funny hor...
Lysandra: Nvm la. Got hak-hak wanita one bah!
-_____-'' iSweat.
Note the size differece. =P

St Jo's tuba and Green Road's tuba
We were given 13 pieces to play initially but slowly some pieces were cancelled. Wah! SO HAPPY! Because we were supposed to memorise them. 13 pieces eh! Kester asked us everyday, "Did you memorise? Can test you now?" +.+''
No wonder when Warisan was announced to have been cancelled, one of the tubist got so overjoyed he tore up the Warisan piece on the spot (literally into small pieces). Lol!
Lysandra and I: O_O''
Music stands and pieces weren't allowed in the field anymore at I forgot which practice. So... what happens when we still couldn't memorise?

I showed peace signs to people whole day
Lol. That's I don't know how many bars worth of 2 songs. One letter = one bar ler. Peng.
Last resort ok. =P Ginny had joined me too! =D
Desperate bandies
Olivia said we very lame - that's her hand, btw. Haha.
I think we were having our rest at that time. There was egg everyday for break. So nice. But I never took it at the stadium until today because I didn't know how to peel egg. Olivia had to peel for me while Amanda showed off her skill at peeling egg... =.=''
Amanda: I'm the queen of egg peeling! (Ginny: Ehh!)
Today's events had started quite late so we all got to chill at the back while waiting. One gang of us were all seated at the side bench talking crap. =P
Olivia: *singing yue liang tai piao wo de xin* Ni wen... wo ai~ what does it mean ar?
Amanda: *singing* Ni wen... is you ask
Me: *singing* wo ai~
Amanda: Wo ai is I love
Me: *singing* You ask~ I love~ You got~ How deep~!
Amanda: *singing* I love~ You got~.... *pause* THIS deep~!
Everyone: *breaks down laughing*
LOL!
After that everyone started singing old chinese songs. Peng.
Then Amanda chased me and Marilyn away because we were standing in front of her and were emitting heat and blocking her from the non-existent wind. So I shooed Marilyn to see what was going on outside.
Marilyn: (suddenly) Eeee. I don't like them smoking!
Me: Yealor. Can die.
Marilyn: We are second hand smokers ar.
Me: ... (thinks: doesn't sound right leh)... Secondary smokers lah hor!
Marilyn: Lol. I like second hand mah! How?
=.=''
Oh yea! We saw Priscilla!! She is now with the St Jo band. Lol! Changed uniform already.
Priscilla! =D
Practices for today's event was mostly held out in the field so I guess it's pretty normal for us to feel tired. Somemore at times, we had to run through the thing several times. The entrance, the pieces, the exit....
After the exit normally everything got very light-hearted already. Break is normally near so we were allowed to roam while waiting for fall in and fall out. It was at that time that our school's trumpeters (plus one sesated trumpeter who has changed uniform) decided to open a massage centre.
Everyone smiled so wide so it must be good!
Lysandra was their honoured customer.
Let's see how Lysandra was feeling about the service....
Haha. She was enjoying herself. -_-''
Anyway, today is Merdeka! Next week it shall be back to classes for us. Wonder how that would be like. =P I think we shall have to finish our SEGAK. Last week while the others were finishing their SEGAK, we were ''Eh! Don't go to class! They are doing SEGAK!''
Funny hor. Haha. But Joanna even funnier la. =D
Me: Tomorrow wear black slacks!
Joanna: I don't have black slacks!
Lysandra: Find la!
Joanna: I very hard to find!
Lysandra: Eh. (sudden realisation) Oh ya hor... for you a bit hard!
Me: Eh! So bad!
Joanna: What!? She's telling the truth!
Peng! I defend her, she defended Lysandra pulak. =.=''
Lysandra and I: *couldn't stop laughing*
So that's it about this week. Food is provided almost everyday and almost everyday there were so many leftovers so almost everyday also I ate 2 packets. Lol!
Lysandra: Eh I so hungry la! I wanna eat another packet!
Me: Eat la! We share, want?
Lysandra: No! I very hungry!
Me: +__+''
Lysandra: (after opening her second packet) Eee! So big packet! I like!
Because of her hunger, I was forced to eat another whole packet. I was only planning to eat half so I gave the chicken away to Joanna (whom teacher didn't allow to have another packet. Haha).
Happy Merdeka. =)
