Went for Unity Day today (muafakat is unity right?) with my dad. We waited for about 20 minutes before our turn and when it was our turn, my dad left after about 30 seconds! -.-'' It went somewhat like...
Teacher: This is her marks for this term... (says marks)
Dad: *nods* Ooooo
Teacher: Her results ok lah. (say about purata)
Dad: *nods* Oooo.
Teacher: She's a prefect. Very busy. Always out of class (I think this refers to the maths lesson the other day!).
Dad: *nods* Ooooo. Is it? Oooo.
Teacher: At home everything ok?
Dad: Yah!
*leaves*
Then after we left, he pulak turned to me and ask how come other people talk for about 5-10 minutes and his only 30 seconds! -.-''

Forced to diet
It is 12.23 a.m and I have not taken my dinner. Well, yesterday's dinner. I wanna eat! But lazy wanna cook. Then have to wash again. I'd rather starve (I'm going to sleep anyway).
But apparently, even if I wanna cook now (I've changed my mind!), my brother just finished the last packet of mee goreng. So no more food for me. Forced to diet. Where's the sense in that!? How I wish I were penjual char kueh tiaw now! Nevermind! My other brother's putting 24 for me to watch! Yay! Tomorrow is hari permuafakatan. Wonder what teacher's gonna tell my dad! Noisy... lazy... etc?

Teacher's Day
Today, my school celebrated Teacher's Day (more than a month late). The theme of this celebration was Teachers Are Superstars. Or something like that. They even made a St Teresa Walk of Fame with teachers' name written on polystyrene stars pasted on a red cloth (carpets ain't available, I assume). Then, the teachers would come out from the BOSS room at the back of the dewan and walk the fame up to the stage, where they would be greeted with a goodie bag (I saw that the goodie inside is a mug =P). Then there were the speeches. And the teachers recited their oath and sang (quite solemnly). And the formal part was ended with the upacara perasmian. This year, they decided to make the upacara slightly more special by releasing a bunch of colourful balloons into the sky (which weren't actually released because the balloons were still attached to the ground with a string).instead of the normal ribbon-cutting ceremony. The balloons, I later found out, cost a whooping RM 512!! -.-'' Mind you, there were only around 10-15 of them. Most is 20. RM 512. Tsk tsk tsk.....
After break was the informal part, where we were greeted with a string of performances. There was a fashion show done by the band's committee about the different types of teachers. So funny! Got clumsy wan, got strict wan, got the probation wan (kenak thrown paper planes!), etc. Then there were rock bands. One was awfully out of tune. But who cares. In the end was a dikir barat dance. That was good. Looks orchestrated. I wonder how long they practised. Then after that habis liaw. Hahahaha! No food! -.-''
Actually I have no idea what to say about Teacher's Day. Anyway, exams results were out. Apparently, I didn't do so bad. ^_^ And I watched my first live debate last week. That was fun. Ponteng school whole day. Yippee!

My day
I opened my eyes, annoyed to see that the time was exactly 6.00 a.m, the exact time I need to wake up. I wanted to sleep awhile longer so I stayed in bed, waiting for my mum to wake me up. Mana tahu my mum also woke up late! *SWEAT!* So after all the rushing, I eventually reached school at 6.50 a.m when duty starts.
Out of time, I just put my bag on the chair at the administration block and went for duty. Duty was a mess. I didn't get the borang lewat thing, which is ok if I didn't catch so many latecomers this morning. I have never given so many demerits in a day before and on the one day I give a bunch of demerits, I had to go goose chasing after that for the student's signature. -.-'' Thank God Felicity was kind enough to teman me go goose chasing. Otherwise I sure sesat while looking for the classes! And double thank God first period was maths with Mdm. Tan!
Anyway, when I finally managed to finished everything and went back to class, I took my seat and was like, "Oh shit! Where's my bag!?". @.@'''' Had to run all the way down yet again to fetch my bag and by the time I could finally sit, I was exhausted. Then Mdm. Tan asked me "Lip yi! You very tired liaw hor? Need something to help boost your energy?". I was so blur I didn't know what she was talking about so I just say "No need...". The next thing I know the whole class burst into laughter. Then Andrea baru tell me "Teacher gave chocolates just now!". *sia soi* But the chocolates helped. *sniff*

Why's the rum gone?
TUAK!! I drank my very first cup of tuak last Sunday, thanks to Stephanie's Gawai invitation. Was so damn scared while sipping tuak but it tasted ok! Too bad I didn't get drunk. I wanted to drink the really strong one so that I could get drunk but she didn't have the super strong one. And as I discovered, the stronger it is, the sour-er it tastes. Euk. Cannot stand. -_-'' Memang cannot be alcoholic. Dang!
Anyway, I went to watched Pirates of the Caribbean last Wednesday. I have to admit I didn't really like Pirates coz I watched the first one and I caught no balls, thus deciding from that moment onwards, that Pirates is boring. But the third one was good. Very hilarious. I love the part where this guy accidentally broke off his own toe. Muahahaha! And the "Nobody move! I dropped my brain!". Hilarious! And Johnny Depp is hot. Wuahahaha! Rum!!!
Well, it seems that my first two paragraphs both involve alcohol. Ah. That reminds me, my dad and my brother came home from Singapore some time ago and bought home this African wine (we actually ordered coffee liquor but they couldn't buy it because the liquor couldn't be brought on board -_-'') which could be eaten with ice cream! Being the sakai me as always, I so deeply yearn to try the ice cream with wine that I was willing to put off one night of eating the ice cream just to wait for my dad to get home to open the liquor. But when I finally tried it, it tasted.... bleh! I couldn't even finished my share of ice cream. Darn bodoh procrastinating many nights (actually only one but never mind!) of enjoying ice cream just for the one time experience of tasting wine ice cream which I can't even stand. But for what it's worth, I wanna drink tuak again. Buahahahahaha! I shall get drunk one Gawai very far from this year's. Perhaps next year's. Then I shall be ready to try one sip of rum. HAH!
