Another challenge blog which is closing after 2.5 years.. I remember taking part in their very first challenge and I want to be a part of their very last one. The image they supplied is the lady on the card, which is actually very similar to the very first lady image they posted on their blog! Made with the Pink Paislee patterned paper.
And I found a card with their first image which was this lady below:
Now I am wondering whether it is the same lady or not?
Wouldn't that be a coincidence if it was?

Image from Art Creations Friday challenge
I had to download the freebie over at Art Creations Friday this week and make a little collage card with it. Such a beautiful picture!
I used the Lace Frame stamp from Hero Arts, this time stamped in Vintage photo distress ink. The digi-butterflies come in handy - I print them out on everything that I think would give a nice effect. This was an abandoned piece of paper with some distress inks on it on which they were printed and then cut out.

Art Creations Friday # 22
I really loved the elegance of this image that was given by the Art Creation Friday girls for this week's challenge.
I used a music collage stamp from Penny Black (from 2002) which I had really forgotten about but it just seemed to fit as background. It has been white embossed. I added some lace and some colour in the flowers.

The image provided this week was the little girl next to a basket with eggs.
The background image was a free download from the Vintage fairy - with thanks.

Art Creations Friday - # 17
I got the idea to use a very kind RAK sent to me by Louise a couple of months ago, after visiting her blog today. She sent me a package of vintage cards as she had inherited a box full from her family! So, so kind of her. The vellum arch and cut out flowers are from one of those cards. Thanks again Louise!
My lovely sister, who I don't see very much but will be here for a week in the summer, sent me a paper pad of vintage Christmas papers which she found for an extremely good price on the market (under a pound!), which is the background panel for this card.
Thanks Linda!
The challenge on Art Creations Friday, was to use the image they provided - so I believe everything on this card is a RAK!

Art Creations Friday
My sand and pink colours didn't scan well at all on this card, neither is the photo very light - but I couldn't seem to get a good shot this time. The photo was given as theme for a card on the Art creations friday challenge blog.
The challenge can be found here. Thanks!
This image brought back memories to me of a gothic arch I did way back with the same image but a different photo- must have been part of the same photo session.

I really look forward to the challenge on Friday - gives me some unexpected material in hand to work with! The background this week was made by Hermine, she always does beautiful backgrounds.

Art creations Friday
This week's challenge was an image from Hermine.
I had the idea of placing this couple before a house, and I had just received a church stamp from Nancy from her 'Yultide Blessings' stamp plate, so I used it.

Art Creations Friday - Challenge week 4
Another lovely image on the challenge blog: Art Creations Friday. I love these images!
Here is my contribution.
It might look a bit abstract but I like to experiment!

Art Creations Friday - image
The ACF challenge this week was to use the image you can see on the ATC. I really enjoy doing ATC's and would like to thank everybody who gave me some great tips on how to use them on cards or other things.
I was looking out of the window and saw this scene to my left... just had to take it on photo! If you click on the image you can see it larger - along this Mountain range which are called the Black Mountains, I have seen three rainbows next to each other at one time. Today I didn't get that privelige but scenes like this always remind me of God's faithfulness, and the rainbow in particular!

Art Creations Friday
The ACF challenge blog provided a grey background to work with this week. I deleted my first card and started again. I think I prefer this card because the background needed a different approach. It's a bit abstract, but that's collage.

Art Creations Friday
Thanks Sue (Suzanne's stamping spot) for the heads up about a new Friday challenge blog which can be found here. I am very late but I couldn't resist crafting with this gorgeous image, so love the colours of her dress!
