Life goes on

Friendships are super fragile. If one party doesn't care, it will still fall apart no matter what the other party does.

I've lost 2 friends in the last few months. Feel really sad but what to do?! They just don't bother. Since this is the case, I shall not hold on so stubbornly. Wish them all the best... :) I will just treasure my other friends.

I miss her~

I miss her. My friend of 18 years. The gal with home I spent my Pri Sch, Sec Sch and Uni days with~ The gal who has been missing since last dec. *sigh*

Been a long time since I last blogged. Lots of things happened over the past few months. I made lots of mistakes and absolutely regretted it. However I also learnt a lot. Am gonna try my best from now on~ Ganbatte ne~!!!

Work @ NPD

Started working at NPD @ Gombak Camp since Monday, 24th Jan '11. =X Don't have my permanent pass so had to use the temp pass which always had error whenever I swiped in, so I had to walk in through the gate like what the visitors do. I also don't have the other cards, so I could only do reading and not use the computer. Found a private bus that travelled from Hougang to the camp, and back. =D So much more convenient.

Met lotsa people, both at work and the CNY dinner today (Friday, 28th Jan '11):


Been so tired the past week that most of the time I just fell asleep and didn't even have time to use the laptop. *o*

杨芝甘露

Went dinner with Wang Wang, Benjamin and Jian Wei for dinner at Nando's @ Bugis. -.-" Even though the food were as nice, the service was terrible as compared to the other time I went to Nando's @ Plaza Singapura. Nice chat with the three of them. Yummy food.

After dinner, we had dessert at one of the streets across from Bugis Junction. Even though the 杨芝甘露 was supposedly the famous dish from there, it was TERRIBLE!!! Even worse than the ones I had from the two weddings SC and I attended at Pan Pacific and Novotel. *o*

Wedding dinner @ Novotel

Went with SC for his colleague's wedding at Novotel. Love the door gifts. So sweet~



The wedding march was cool too, since the wedding was a Navy-style wedding so there was a sword party and the bride & groom had to pass throught a Arch of Swords, with each stage being a test of love between the couple (saying 'I love you' in 4 languages for the groom, kissing for as long as the audience clapped their hands, drinking a glass of beer for the bride, and the groom carrying the bride onto the stage). Super cool~! Also, when the first dish was served, the first 4 groups of "waiter-waitress" couples danced their way out, with the guys carrying the dish and the gals holding onto the arms of the guys. Quite interesting concept.


However, the food was very traditional and so-so. I only liked the chicken. *o*
