The EB Babes

The EB Babes were formed after a dispute between the show's producers and the managers of the SexBomb Girls, who later left the show because of this dispute. The SexBombs later returned, but they only appear on Mondays and Fridays.. The producers of the show decided to create their own group to replace the SexBombs. The group was drafted in a 5-week reality competition, starting off with 30 girls, and ending with 10..

Eat Bulaga in Abu Dhabi

Just when everyone thought that the highlight of the Christmas Season will be just another concert, thank the heavens for GMA Network and Orbit Satellite TV as both companies continue to make a difference to reach out to their “kababayans” and spread the Filipino Christmas cheer – the Kapuso and Da’Barkads way!.

A December to remember awaits all Filipinos in the UAE as GMA Pinoy TV and Orbit present the Philippines’ longest running noontime show in “EAT BULAGA in Abu Dhabi” this coming December 7, 5pm, at the Abu Dhabi National Theater.

Bannered by no less than the legendary comic trio of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon, together with some of the country’s hottest stars – Francis Magalona, Pia Guanio, Allan K, Pauleen Luna, Jimmy Santos, Julia Clarete, Wally, Jose and the EB Babes, this rare offering promises to be a sure hit!

December 7 and 8 will truly be a GMA - memorable day.

Kagat Labi na!

A new dance craze popularized again by Joey de Leon, called Kagat Labi! Kagat means Bite, and Labi means Lip, bite your lip while dancing. The first step is to put one hand at the back of your head, then tilt your body back a little bit, then shake your body while dancing the "Kagat Labi" song. It was fun doing the dance steps just like "Itaktak Mo". Joey de Leon did it again with a bang!! Here's the video..

Itaktak Mo!

Itaktak Mo is a widely popular novelty song in the Philippines. It is popularized by Joey de Leon, who is one of the host of the most popular noon time show Eat Bulaga!, a show by GMA Network. The chorus part of the song is now being used in a popular Eat Bulaga segment, Taktak Mo O Tatakbo. The instrumental version of this song was used by defeated 2007 elections TEAM Unity member, Tito Sotto as his election jingle। I like the song cause it makes you want to dance. When i went back to the Philippines last May, i noticed that everytime the radio plays it on, people started to dance and i like seeing them doing the itaktak mo steps. Here's a sample video that i found in Youtube॥
