This card used many techniques, all of which are covered by the newsletter you can sign up for through Technique Junkies! First of all I used water color pencils for the mare and foal, then I used chalks for the sky and some of the grass, of course when you are in a meadow there should be flowers, right? Well, I used Zig markers to put little flowers in the meadow, then sprayed with water to soften. The mare and foal stamp is from Stampin Up!, I stamped it twice and then cut out the foal and added pop up's so it would add some dimension and stand out just a bit. Stampa Rosa is the name of the company that made the frame stamp; using chalk I went around the inside of the frame to give is a shadow and to help it stand out abit. All the paper is from Club Scrap and the little embellie says "Made for You" is also from Club Scrap. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it!

Metallic Explosion
This card uses a technique known as metallic explosion which I learned from Technique Junkies, an on line site full of really amazing techniques. The container and lid (from I Brake for Stamps) was stamped on the metallic explosion background and then embossed. The flowers and leaves are made from design stamps from Club Scraps "Study in Red" kit. The stamps was embossed and then the elements were cut out and used on the card. The paper is also from Club Scrap and the word is from Stampin Up! This card was extremely labor intensive because of all the cutting but I think it turned out great!

Wendy and David
This is a layout of my now grown children when they were just babies. The pictures were taken at my aunts house; as you can see they loved sitting on her kitchen bar and playing with the telephone. The picture at the bottom is me when I was about their age and I was "talking" to the same aunt whose house we were at when the kids pictures were taken. I did this layout using Club Scraps digital kit A Study in Red.
TCP (The Cat's Pajamas)Tuesday Challenge
I found this sketch on Leigh O'Briens site and wanted to play! Although I didn't have TCP stamps, Leigh said I could participate. With some Basic Grey paper along with paper and stamps from Club Scrap, this is what I came up with. What do you think?

"Hand Eye Coordination" and "Let's Feed the Ducks"
These layouts use Club Scrap's Avant Garde kit. The first layout is of Jonas working on his hand eye coordination. Isn't he adorable!
