Snow In Love...

...with this winter! And here's the perfect kit for it :). No, really, we have had the best winter in a very, very long time - really warm with little snow. Not quite what this kit has in mind but you certainly have to check it out! The ScrapMatters Designers have come out with a soft and pretty Love kit - perfect for this time of year. Scrapper Bowl

So, this past weekend was the Super Bowl. Usually I watch at least part of the game but this year I only sat down for the last few minutes. I will say that I was happy with the outcome and thought it would be a good game...so why didn't I watch then? Scrapper Bowl!! I headed over to Scrap Orchard for the day for chats, speed scraps and challenges. I had a ton of fun (4 chats and 5 pages later...as well as a ton of goodies!) and I love my pages. I was just saying that, I'm not sure why, but these intense weekends of scrapping often seem to produce my favourite pages. Maybe I stop over thinking things...I don't know. Anyway, I want to share my five layouts from the weekend with you. I'm working on my eldest son's first year book, in case you can't tell :).

Page 1 - actually my least favourite page from the weekend but it still turned out cute and I love my title.

I had to redo these photos of my boy under the lights at the hospital. I used some of my free actions for PSE to edit them and I LOVE how they turned out!! (BTW, I was drooling over some of Paint the Moon's PSE actions but, man, I just don't have that kind of cash for my hobbies!!)

This one was a speed scrap where you had to scrap in the colours of your country. Now I don't do a lot of red & white so it was a bit difficult until Christmas struck me. I had fun and that striped paper is just sooo cute!

Check This Out!

I'm Back!

Hi all! I know this blog is sadly neglected but the craziness of December is done now, so hopefully I will post some more. I also am hoping to finish my oldest's first year book this year so I'm hoping to do more scrapping that way.

I also have some exciting news that I hadn't yet shared! In addition to be a ScrapMatters Girl, I have also joined the Cheery-O team over at Oscraps. I am really excited about this. It's a different style of scrapping and I've really been enjoying the new look to some of my pages! Here are a few I've done for that store.
