playing serious catch-up

I've been a terrible blogger the last month or so.
Though I'm not convinced anyone reads this. I'm
probably just noting the history of my life for my own
edification as a reminder later in life :)

Brooke turned 2

We went to Des Moines for an early Thanksgiving.
While there, Jamie took some much-needed pictures of us.

Aaron and Jamie had Ava-duty all day Saturday...

Aaron and I are excited to tell you that we're buying a house.
We met our realtor at DQ to sign the counter-offer.

Brooke was in town for a week and we spent a day with her.
She loved rush hour... or not but kept busy with a book.

farms that Aaron and Jamie will inherit someday.

Aamodt's Apple Farm & Corn Maze

We met friends Nathaniel and Bethany at Aamodt's Apple Farm
in Stillwater, MN at the beginning of October. Such a nice day!

After the apple farm, we went to a corn maze.
Last year's them was Jurassic...

Nathaniel and I were sure it was a dead-end... we were right.

2nd anniversary

We were sick on our actual 2nd wedding anniversary.
But we'd purchased Twins tickets weeks before and planned
a trip to Target Field with some of Darcy's coworkers for the 20th.

I won't even tell you what this cost. Highway robbery!
