andrew and elaine were in my room. andrew was helping me figure out something on my mac and elaine just popped in. spur of the moment, being the cam-whores that we are, it was necessary to try out the mac cam. haha... all costumes sponsored by ikea. andrew's head gear is actually the ikea wall boob thing (to quote kim), elaine had an ikea mirror strapped to her head and i had an ikea wooden bowl on. errr.... the goggles were my oversized lab ones :)

Happy National Day to them

Good morning, guys. Here I am, on Singapore's National Day, blogging away at Yee Kiat's laptop in his room, while he and Kim are practising for their performance at the Eusoff Hall formal dinner tomorrow night. (to which we are supposed to invite a senior of the opposite sex to attend it with us) Yesterday was NUS' Annual Flag Day (which goes hand in hand with the Rag Day, which will happen on Saturday), and we were all woken up by the seniors at 4:30am. We were dropped off at our designated areas, and collections officially started at 7am. Our hall has been winning this Chancellor's Shield for 4 years in a row now, and since Flag Day contributes to 60% of the total score, we just HAD to go all out for it. It's funny how I didn't really start feeling for that until we were actually getting collections and seeing how competitive it was among the other faculties and halls. There must have been at least 20 NUS students at the Woodlands MRT station where I was stationed. So persevered we did. Till 9:30pm at night. The frequency of donation decreased with the passing of time, as most people havie already seen us, either at the same spots when they passed us in the morning, or at all the other NUS-students-swarmed public places they've been to in the day. By evening time, it wasn't a wonder that most people were really irritated to have us approach them again. Although my orientation didn't start out with a big bang, and I didn't expect it to, it's turning out to be quite fun. The hall's quite a nice place to stay in, the people are quite interesting, and the activities aren't so bad afterall. I'm personally looking forward to Rag Day and the Victory Bash at MoS this Saturday. Hostel food still sucks though.

What Starfish has been up to.. Hey peeps! Yups, decided to put up a few pics.. Yeah, our friend, Shiv here had to go dressed as something beginning with 'P'.. and was supposed to be.. Princess Jasmine!! from Aladdin.. But as u can see.. ended up more like.. Pro-sti-tute? umm.. okay la. Pole dancer? a Pink Poser? Well, yups.. thats Michelle and Zi, my coursemates here in the hostel too. And our darling newfound "sister" from London. He actually lasted in the heels the whole night. Kudos to him. i'd like to see one of OUr guys try that.. hee hee hee.. OUts- much love!

Er, right... Well, as you can see, the template of the blog has changed... Its actually a revamped version of the old template which I happened to chance upon online... After some HTML tweaking, the result is what you're looking at now... I've ensured that there are no funny interpretations of the HTML by both the Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers... What's new besides the look? Well, er, there's a left sideboard now and most of the space is used up... Haha, sorry, no interesting-to-read post about me now as, well, all I'm doing is lazing at home... Don't worry, will be whining about IMU soon, haha... Oh, er, I've taken the precaution of saving the old template of the blog... In case there are any violent objections, switching back will be very easy... Also, what do you guys think of the addition of brown to the basic colours? Think the gray in the old one is better? That can be fixed too... Opinions, please... PS Of course I'm bored... hahaha..why am i blogging so soon again? LOL alex never do tt ritoe? lol ahahah its because........today.....is a day worth bloggin bout ahahahahahahahahahaha anyway..... Woke up earlier today (8.40a..lol) but didnt have class until 11. Woke up early coz i was suppose to give my key to a friend's guest over here so her friend can have breakfast here( i never have breakfast..ahahaha) SO ANYWAY...was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO damn tired la...coz i tidur lambat..wasn't MUGGGIN!! ahahaha doin sumthin else... This week is Admirer's week here. Everyone in the hostel is randomly(or so we believe) someone to admire...the best admirer will win a dinner for two in somewhere nice here..lol so....who did the panda dapat???? ( was hoping for hot american but...) dapat my malaysian senior...sigh..with boyfriend..sigh... So i decided..okla..maybe do some stuff (at 1st wanted to boycott it wan..ahahah ASSIGNMENTS!)....so i decided to be...honorable! hung the my last packet of dark n white chocolate cookies on her door...with a note.."starving for ya"..LOL..ahahaha..then since i knew her msn..i created a new account n started chattin with her...oh i forgot to say tt its suppose to be an anonymous admirer thingy..she said.."so sweet..starve for me..but..you do realize tt you need to do something big n loud and obvious to win".... SOOOOOOO...i decided..okla..try to do something big(tt was the next morning ie yest when i went to the dining hall and there were soooo many admirer posters everywhere) and try to menang..which (finaly) brings me back to the point of why i tidur lambat..hahaha BOught like..13 mahjong paper..wrote "MARRY ME! *name*"..then tampal this hugeeeee in the hostel at 2 am...hahahah..only to be dissapointed next morning when i heard people saying her boyfriend did it LOL SEDIH GILA!! aahahaha but obv they eventually found out its not him ahaaha... yup..so tts that..next is ohh!!!!! i jawab soalan di lecture(got recording maybe next time i upload it MUAHAHAHAha) ahahaha....can hear my confident macho voice answering the lecturer LOL.. came back then pegi dining hall (mula dari sini ku akan tulis dalam bahasa melayu) and aiyaaaa meja meja korea dan malaysia dah penuh..so i pegi duduk dengan orang yang biliknya di sebelah saya. bagi mereka yang tidak tahu..lelaki ini adalah lelaki paling besar yang pernah ku temui dalam hidupku.LOL..andhu bagaikan tahi di tepi gajah jika di tepinya..saya tidak sebegitu rapat dengan dia oleh krana saiznya yang menakutkan dan mukanya yang ganas..ahahaha..tapi sebenarnya dia seorang yang baik..tapi memang susah bagiku berbual dengan dia bukan kerana saiznya tetapi juga kerana kawannya dan abangnya(atau adik) yang besar besar belaka. Maka, hari ini merupakan hari pertama di mana perbualan kami lebih daripada "hi", "yo" lelaki ini juga merupakan pelatih rugbi bagi asrama ini dan dalam persatuan permainan itu..GANAS..ketakutan bahawa dia tahu akan blog ini menyebabkan ku mengeblog dalam bahasa melayu demi mengelakkan serangan rugbi daripada dia..mana tau dia terasa?? LOL jadi panda yang comel dan kecil ini duduk di meja orang besar hari ini..LOL....dan..dia memanggil ku..jack......dan ingatku..berasal dari....singapura.......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAH....macamana bolehku bagitau dia yang dia salah??? lol TAKUT!!! jadi aku pun telah menjadi jack singapore...LOL itu saja! nak berak sekarang tapi tak nak save kat draft sebab ku tau ku malas kalau save..ahaha take care!
