back in sunny singapore

actually, today marks the end of the 2nd mth i've been back. let's see..what have i accomplished?

1. gone to shanghai
2. organised grandaunt's 80th bday
3. attended commencement
4. gave my aunt a welcome n farewell party
5. watched dim sum dollies (yes, it's an accomplishment!)
6. celebrated my nephew's 1st yr
7. watched many movies: oceans' 13, shrek 3, fantastic 4, die hard 4, harry potter 5, transformers, the simpsons... (im an absolute movie buff, what can i say?)
8. met up with friends: best pals fr pri sch, the usual rg gang, 3 fr jc, gourmet, the vsa pple, lunch w uva peeps
9. played a lot of poker
10. got a job =)

this week has got to be my favourite week of the year. (thus far) im really loving the fact that i no longer have to scour the recruit section on the papers everyday, that i can sleep w/o worrying about interviews and research, that i can devote the bulk of my time to reading, watching tv, and doing just nothing at all.

this is the life! =) ooh...i wish i could prolong this happiness...
