well, it's new yr's eve and somehow i don't feel like going for a big bang countdown...think i would very much prefer 2 spend it quietly wif e pple i love...mayb sit at a cafe and talk thru e nite...(which kinda reminds me...there arent many 24hr cafes in siglap...sigh...) or mayb spend it at e beach...or even juz chillin' n watching tv at hm...but seems like all those ard me wanna go for some nationwide countdown...maybe i juz dun feel like a noisy one dis yr....xian feeling is in me....sigh...

yeah man...today's outing was a GREAT SUCCESS!! (all rg pple out there...remember dis used 2 be our dear carmee's fav phrase...haha...) anyway, i'm juz SO happy tt it went so well...la la la...haha...for a FIRST time effort 2 gather a group of cousins 2 meet beyond my ah kong's hse...for an outing...dis was definitely a good outing!!! *cheer* =)

okay....2 start it off...i was totally malued when i arrived late...haha...ME! e organiser...LATE...when everyone else was on time...hmm....to think i msged every1 telling them not 2 b late...*guilty look* all right...so i'm ALWAYS late anyway...heh...will consider making it a new yr resolution 2 be punctual ya? *grinz*

hmm...okay our first time at kbox...so everyone also quite sua ku...haha...e room we were allocated 2 was HUGE! i think can fit more than 10 pple man....but it stank of cigarette smoke...EWWW....but tt aside, not too bad la...got big screen n pretty comfy sofas....well, we kinda wasted a good part of the 1st half hr trying to learn how 2 use e functions on e remote control...ya ya...go ahead...mock me...grr...n it didnt help tt e idiotic waiter was SO UNFRIENDLY! HMMPPHH!

anyway, to my great surprise, bw (aka wei) was so enthu abt e whole thing...haha...he actually started singing e first song! *impressed* haha...normally u'd think he's so quiet n reserved...hmmm...got a nice nick for him man...haha...*wink at pearle* our personal secret ya? hahaha...ya...den once everyone got warmed up....i think we were essentially trying 2 fight for e mike...heh...but muz comment tt shawn ar...sigh...so shy one!!! eh uncle....u got choir background den y paiseh 2 sing??!?!?! muz go figure out a way 2 get u out of ur little cosy shell man...u gotta learn 2 open up kiddo...we're ur cous leh...we dun bite either...hmm...jo's got quite a sweet voice...n mr andy...haha...side view look a BIT like andy lau..hehe... so fun 2 monkey ard wif pearle n mei...esp all e silly hand waving thingy we did when e guys were singing and ...next time muz dian ben xiao hai... =P

hmm...e lunch provided by kbox wasn tt great la....wat can u expect? it's not a food joint...it's juz part of e lunchtime package...haha...next time muz go try 2 student package...it's 10+++ fr 2-7...i guess it's 5 hrs of singing...not a bad deal ar? =P somehow, 3hrs of singing/shouting/cheering/hand waving wasn enuff...seems to pass by so quickly....hehe...can't wait for e next time i go karaoke n sing...la la la....anyone interested?

after karaoke den everyone sorta split up liao...but glad 2 haf enjoyed e time we all spent tghr guys!!! *hugz*

oh yeah...rite now i got a nice new nail colour using some specialist centre voucher...hehe...and my dear sis got nicely shaped eyebrows...haha...it's a girl thing man!!!

dinner was great...uncle's bday...yum yum...feel kinda bloated now....*burp*

haha...decided 2 make another post today...so glad for all e frens' who've visited since dis came up...thanks guys!!! =) very happy tt u all show me ur support....

earlier on i was having a really terrible time tryin 2 organise an outing for my cousins...sigh...it's extremely frustrating...and stressful man...i dun understand y it takes so much 2 try 2 get pple 2 meet up for a simple thing like karaoke...okay...not tt i can sing very well, but to it would be an ice-breaking activity tt we can enjoy together...and yes, finally after A LOT of persuasion, begging, bribing and threatening (haha), i managed 2 get e total count of 7 pple! yay! an achievement man!

come to think of it, if i'm considering being an events planner next time, i think i beta get used 2 it....dun ask me y i wanna be one..it's juz a thought...one of e few lines i even wanna get into...me thinks it's pretty fun n u really do get a sense of satisfaction when u do e job well...and when things r successful...not tt there arent any downsides, but more like e pros outweigh e cons...

hmm...my mth long hols r coming 2 an end...it's a bitter-sweet feeling...bitter cos it's e end of my slack days man! back 2 projects, quizzes, classes....no more meeting up wif frens, planning get-tghrs...
y sweet then? mayb cos i feel tt i haf not made good use of my time at all...been so lazy...n if dis continues, my brain and body wud no doubt start collecting dust...perhaps i need 2 b pushed into work now n then...but for NOW,i sure dun wan e hols to end!!!!! haha...NOOOOO!!!!!!!
