I love this picture where all the brothers and sisters gather.
Charlie was kidding that cheekyface was wearing slippers while most of us were dressed up appropriately for the photo shoot (hahah...).
Cheekyface is so adorable and they way Charlie and her conversed, you'll laugh till you roll on the floor.
I wish Tianwei and Charlie a blissful and joyous marriage with a baby to come!

I've never been to an overseas conference and this time is a challenge to me cos... I'm presenting!! Representing my organization, i have to be confident and witty (to answer questions).
Then we have a cocktail reception at the observation tower. I was told not to miss it. There's a bird's eye view on the whole of Melbourne. The snacks served was nice not forgetting the free flow of alcohol (hehe..).

The unpleasant thing was, the locals weren't really as chatty when it comes to Asians like us. It was disappointing when the facilitator for my presentation didn't even turn up to introduce me to the audience. He apologized, 'yeah' but it just ain't polite. 'Sigh'.

Touch Down at Melbourne (Day1)

There are just too many photos for my to put up during my trip to Melbourne for a Conference turned Holidays. We were so exhausted from the night flight to Melbourne that we 'kaplonked' immediately in our room once we've checked in. BUT, we've got up on time to catch the sunset. It was a breathtaking view :)

We've our dinner at Crown which sells so many delicious cakes. Strawberry Cheesecake was one of them :)~

Then there were the Ferrari Cars on display.
Before the Ferrari has won the Cup, i've already taken the pics of these cars besides, i've chosen to miss out on the GrandPrix. Some would say it's a waste but i'd rather enjoy my holidays in a quiet manner :)

We've not done this for quite a while or rather first time with kids around :P
Everytime you celebrate your birthday, you'll realize how old you've become.
Especially with your child / children around, you'd feel less likely to celebrate it.
" I'm too old for this ", is the first thing that pops up in your mind.

I've taken snapshots of the pretty christmas decor at shopping centres.
So far, i've found that these 2 x'mas trees are the prettiest!
The pinkie tree at cathay cineleisure and Soo Kee Jewelry's sponsorship of their crystal x'mas tree at Bugis Junction.

CK tangs seems to have it's decor copied or it copied the rest. Like the one at Centrepoint. They seem to have the same concept using the pillar for decor. I still prefer CK Tangs daring blue and white x'mas lightings last year which can 'transform' to chinese new year 'tree'! (don't have the pics here)

Besides, i've noticed friends sending invitations for x'mas party celebrations. Pretty broke these days as my study days are iminent. Gotta think of ways to produce presents from my 'factory' soon! :P

Yippy! I've dolly eyes! Good News for the Girls!
The eyelash implants are shorter than my original eyelashes but the effect is still as nice :D
So it'll be Hassle Free Mascara for me!!
Be warned, if you want to get it done yourself, remember to take off your contacts cos it can be stingy to the eyes cos of the glue.

Grand opening of IKEA at the far end of Tampines. We took a big detour before we found where IKEA was! Feel so dumb especially when i've been working in the East for so long before and i can't find our way there. The wait was worth it, at least for me cos i've got the free give away wrist-like hearts!! They were so cute! How i wished i could get a hand on it again. Cheapo right..?! Well, there were more to come! I submitted the quiz, hoping to win IKEA vouchers and i've received IKEA blue carrier bags!! They were so cool! Auntie?! YES YES!! I am!! (who cares anyway)

Trotters!!
My ankles appeared swollen for quite a while. God knows when it started ...3 years?
My knees have crepitations as well. So I've been complaining that i'm a young looking gal being in an elderly body. Therefore, i've decided to name all my problems to the TCM Dr which i got myself 'electrified' and 'whacked' (not on the butts - see the legs?!). Begone with such ailments! I want to walk with ease and wear heels!! BB's finger has been giving him problems for 3mths as well, hopefully he heals completely but his treatment is far worst than mine (higher current).
