We have a beautiful new grand daughter who was born on Dec. 21st, 2010- her name is Grace LaRee Allen.....and we all call her Gracie- What a cutie pie she is!

It's been a while-
I went to my blog and realized yet again, how fast time goes by. The last post was almost a year ago!- What a slacker I am huh? Going down for Branson's baptism was really fun. I rented one of the local pools for just our family and we had a blast. The Morris's came, plus Amber, Devin, and their daughter Paige, Amanda and her family, Spencer and Jenna came too, lets see, the only ones missing I guess were Michael, Brooke, and their two girls: Tristyn, and Dani....hopefully next time they can come too.

She is growing so fast and is already 3 months old, of course in this picture she was just one day old....Let me see if I can find a recent one to add:

It's been almost a year!!
No use trying to catch you up on EVERYTHING that has gone on during the last year....I'm such a slacker when it comes to blogging.
So, I'll mention a few highlights....then post some pictures to go along with.
College classes...Did fall..and spring, but now taking a much needed break.
Spencer and his beautiful wife Jenna were sealed along with their sweet baby girl Grace in the Las Vegas Temple on May 28th, it was great having all my kids together...( a hard task these days). We did however miss Amanda's husband Branden, and their 4 kids for this event.
Dani turned one year old on July2nd...her first birthday. Tessa and Paige are now both 2 1/2, Tristyn just turned 4, Branson just had his 9th birthday on Pioneer day, James is soon to be 11,
Kaycee moved back home from Az... She loved Az..and all her wonderful friends there. She's now working at Mountain America Credit Union, and starting classes at Dixie College this fall...( next month to be exact).
Mikes been working like a crazy man...and I'm just trying to keep things together, especially when he has to go out of town. Our dog had 7 puppies in Feb...and we sold 5 of them...and still have 2 here at home. ( why? I am not sure)...they are so cute though.
Amber and Devin are doing great, Amanda is doing hair now....Branden is working on starting a new business, ...Michael and Brooke rented their Henderson Home out..and are moving to Az.....so much going on.....it's hard to believe summer vacation is almost over and the kids will be back in school August 15th...
Mike and I will celebrate 32 years of marriage on August 10th......can you believe it?....If I missed something, I'll get back to it later, until then...it's all good.

The summer is almost over- believe it or not.
As always time seems to fly by. We planted a little garden again this year, and had a whole bunch of cherry tomatoes. They are really good. We also got sweet corn, squash, onions, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, watermelon. It's been fun. Actually Mike is the creator and care-taker along with Kaylee as his helper for the most part. Kaylee really loves getting her hands in the dirt, more so than the other kids. and loves to help harvest all the bounty...
I've been pretty busy with my summer classes, which are finally done. Except for a few more clinical hours in my phlebotomy class. So, so far now I've completed 10 credits Spring semester, and 8 credits Summer term. I'm really enjoying it, and so far am getting A's. Not bad for my old brain huh?
A couple weekends ago we took the younger kids to Lagoon, and Temple square. It was a nice weekend excursion, and it was good to have some fun.
Kaycee was here for a few days, and a week before that, Amber and Paige came to visit, while Devin attended scout camp. It's always fun to have visits like that.
