Kyler's Birthday

The big day arrived...Double Digits!!!!
He requested to light his own candles, of course!
Kyler wanted potatoes (one of his favorite foods these days), bacon (naturally), and pancakes.
Kyler loves all things sports.  He keeps up with BYU athletics on a regular basis.  He is constantly throwing the football around in the yard.  He started rollerblading since he got them at Christmas and loves rollerhockey!!
Brylee was at breakfast too!
Kyler still reads every second he is not playing a sport.  He easily reads 10 books a week.
This gift was on everyone's mind all breakfast...what could it be!?
A dartboard!!  For outside of course :)
For dinner Kyler requested potato soup.
And sparkling juice.
We love you so much Kyler!  You are an amazing young man!  Welcome to the double digits!!

Cubscouts

Back  in December I had to lead a pack meeting.
Brother Harrop, Hunter and Sister Harris
Brother Harrop awarding Gavin
Camden getting ready to do his cheer.
I liked how Kyler looking at me this picture, so I included it too.
All the excitement learning new cheers from Sister Harris.  I don't love being in charge of the show, but I'm grateful Dad captured these pictures as a record of my time in the cubscouts.
Doing the cheer!

Marmie comes for Christmas

Marmie came for a Christmas visit a few days later.
She brought a fun game called Giggle Wiggle.
Brylee was laughing trying to grab the marbles while the caterpillar was wiggling all over.

Christmas Night

Handsome dad and cute Brylee!
We spent Christmas night at Grandma Clark's.
McKay, Brylee, Uncle Paul, Damon, Grandma, Gramps
Rockwell watching Brylee open her gift
Everyone enjoyed watching Damon with his gift. It was this thing that shook and it was hilarious to watch him chase it and try and hold it.
Uncle Cade gave the kids a telescope and they were stoked!
Tanner got a BIG dump truck.  He loves it!!!
Hayden also seemed to love it :)
McKay and Kyler had really big gifts to open.
They were their very own desks!  They were so excited about that!!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning arrived bright and early!!
I love this picture.  Brylee is so excited over a juice box found in her stocking!
Tanner and Brylee uncovering their new wagon.
And this picture of Brylee cracks me up with a mouth full of I don't know what!  This map project,  Levi lovingly surprised me with.  I had been wanting this done for school for the kids to use to map the temples on.  And Levi finished it up.  USA map on one side and the World on the other.
McKay carved out this guy and worked so hard to make gifts for everyone!  He painted it and made it so special just for Tanner.
He also carved a gun for Hayden.
This year Tanner wrapped up about a zillion pictures he had colored throughout the year and gave them to everyone :)
This is McKay's, excited he scored new Wranglers, face!
Christmas morning chaos is so fun!!
I love that the children love to get excited for each other.  Hayden is thrilled about McKay's new hatchet!
Tanner had his heart set on a new stuffed animal, and this fox was a winner!
Kyler was a little more elusive of the camera than everyone else.  But he was super excited to get new socks :)
McKay opened a gift for all the boys...a bb gun pistol!
Hayden putting together one of his gifts.
Kyler was also excited to get a basket for his bike.  McKay got one also.  They needed these to deliver eggs for their egg business.

Christmas Eve Nativity

We performed our Nativity as usual on Christmas Eve.
Everyone, as always, put together their own costume.  Brylee insisted on her outfit choice and if you can't tell she is a shepherd.
These are the taxpayers returning to their city of origin!
Brylee had just ran up and delivered Baby Jesus to me.
The shepherds, with a sheep this year even!  Okay, maybe not tended very well, but they brought one!
McKay was our Angel this year.
Kyler was very practiced at acting 'sore afraid' from his time at the Hunt's Nativity.
Brylee watched carefully over Baby Jesus!
The Wisemen arrived in a wonderful array of costumes..
And they delivered their gifts.
It was a stellar performance this year!!
Happy Christmas Eve Family!!!!
