Drake and Emmeline's Birthday Parties

Drake and Emmeline both had birthday parties before Christmas! Drake had a bowling party and Emmy had a Dora one. Emmy had ten 3 year olds at her party and Drake had ten 9 year olds at his-enough said! It was crazy trying to do it all-plus Christmas. Sorry my camara is taking such bad pictures I have to figure it out someday.

Basketball League Champions!

Bella's basketball team won the league championship! It was a lot of fun. She has a great coach and is learning a lot!

Santa!

My kids got to see Santa two times this year! Once at our church Chritmas party and then he came to a friends house when we were there visiting. Emmy was the first one on his lap at both places-no fear of Santa with her. Grant on the other hand wanted nothing to do with him. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

Haircuts

This is why Grant doesn't get his haircut that often it is torture for everyone involved! Emmy was very good, though, but my camara is acting weird so she looks like she is glowing!

I'll be back to blogging soon!

Life has been crazy lately! Drake and Emmeline both had bithday parties plus we had a family one for the both of them, on top of Christmas, family, and a trip to Idaho there hasn't been much time for blogging. I'm in Idaho right now, but I can't upload any pictures because everything is at home. We are coming home on Saturday and leaving the next Thursday for Disneyland and a cruise! I'm excited to have so much going on because usually my life is pretty routine, but I wish it didn't have to be all at once! I'll have more on my blog soon! I'm still enjoying reading everyone elses! Take care.

Funny Boy

Grant loves to look at books, but he only likes the pages with cars or trains on them. His favorite thing to do right now is to growl at me and have me chase him! He would do it all day long if I were up for it. Funny boy! Side note: Don't worry he's getting a haircut soon!

The Naughty Stair

Has anyone ever forgotten their kids in timeout? I do it often. We actually have the "naughty stair" and all of our kids hate it! They think it is pure torture, which I think is funny because they just have to sit there for a few minutes. Anyway, in this picture Emme was in timeout and I forgot about her, luckily Grant decided to join her and they were having a great time!

Tomboy or Vampire?

Bella is starting to try to figure out who she is. After starting basketball she decided she wanted to be a tomboy, but a few days later one of her friends told her she had really sharp teeth like a vampire so she thought that sounded kind of cool. I told her vampires weren't real, but she insisited they were along time ago. Luckily yesterday she told me she had decided against the vampire thing since she doesn't like blood. Who knows what she'll think of next. A side note: Speaking of vampires, I've read the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer and they are a lot of fun! And ironically the main character's name is Isabella ("Bella" for short)!

Snow!

My kids had a great time in the snow this weekend! We hardly get any snow that sticks where we live, so we took full advantage of this storm. It was fun!

Friends!?!

Here is Bella and her friends Kaitlyn, Abigail, and Eden at Abigail's baptism. They are all such cute and fun girls, but the drama between them already is amazing. Who knew it could start so young! I can already tell I'm in for a treat with Isabella!

Anti-Lotion Girl

The other day I put lotion on Emmeline's hands and she started crying hysterically. I asked her why she was crying and she said, "now I can't open the doors". We had to immediatly wash her hands off with the right smelling soap (she's got an amazing sense of smell-poor girl) and she hasn't let me put lotion on since.

Hannah Montana Concert

Isabella and I went to the Hannah Montana concert and it was a blast! We had great seats and that made all the difference. The Jonas Brothers were also there. Good Times.
