Alas, before I have even come to terms with the passing of the previous one, another year is past. Let us go now, you and I, down memory lane, to look back at the events of this year and share a knowing, bittersweet smile.

Isabel was the first of the Tous who turned 20...and now she will soon be 21! Haha.


2. Jan 21 2007



Brought Bee to watch her very first concert.



Fell in love with their love. Started Youtubing. Opened my eyes to a whole new world of Taiwanese variety shows. Learnt their tongue, discovered a wealth of new things about them and life while laughing myself silly and generally having a jolly good time. Appreciate my mother tongue even more now and love the fact that I'm chinese and am able to enjoy all these.

3. Jan 27 2007



Bade farewell to my very first internship company, where I met the largest group of wonderful individuals ever to congregate at a workplace. There were frustrations and worries and lessons to be learnt, but they held my hand through it all. =)

Serenaded Kim Choo on her 20th. Belatedly. Very glad to have grown closer to this extremely wacky and bubbly girl. =)

Taipei-bound.



Had my best vacation ever, ktv-ed, ate lots of really yummy food, shopped to my heart's content, with stardust in my heart.

Missed a flight and spent a night at an airport for the first time in my life. Couldn't have chosen better people to do it with, though.

Still yearn to go back there again soon. Though we can skip the missing-flight part next time.

17. 4 July 2007



Met up for dinner with a couple of colleagues I met at a temporary job which started after I came back from Taipei. Was the beginning of beautiful friendships. (From right: me, Florence, Candy, Yi Ting) They are my chinatown ktv and mahjong pals. The above picture was inspired by Mayday's 恋爱 ING during a ktv session on 19 December. We were trying to make an L-O-V-E sign.



Becky's boyfriend organised a surprise thing 2 days later, so me and Jesslin went. There we are, right at the back. If you can't see me, it's cos of Jesslin's big head.

• Celebrated Yun Ping's birthday at Indulgz...this fine dining restaurant that is quite affordable. The food wasn't bad but wasn't exactly worth the price. Ehehe I can't remember the exact date cos we didn't take any pictures.

• Affair with Slacking ended. University life began. I miss poly.

Leong's 20th. Me and YP celebrated our very long friendship with the girl whom I can talk about almost everything under the sun with, and is also a hop and a skip away from my house whenever I need a chat or a library companion. Or, as it happened, a long book club-type discussion about HP 7 at our favourite bus stop. =)

Bee and KC passed me their belated birthday present! I became the proud owner of a very interesting and adorable S.H.E alarm clock, a handmade card and photo frame, and a voice-recordable tiger which hails me as "May the Genius". All lovingly packaged in a Winnie the Pooh box.

Trip to Hong Kong with my family. First time in Disneyland. It was magical.

Got to know Kenneth all over again.

Finally passed my driving test! Unbelievable.
