Nothing Gold Can Stay (By Robert Frost)
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
Nothing Good Can Stay (Recreated one by me)
Friendship withers over space and time,
Flames of war destroy ties that bind.
Knowledge vanishes with the sands of time,
Inspiration never sticks to the mind.
Dreams may be shattered
Once a wrong move is made.
All good things must come to an end.
Nothing good can last.
Good or not? I came up with it in 2 days.
