To see what we've been up to - head on over to my sister's blog.... She has photos of all the little "natives" as my mom calls them (all of our crazy kids)

P.S. yes, our blogs are identical - BUT I had mine this way about a week before she did. I guess sisters think the same.... :-)

I Survived.
I went to the doctor today for my 6 week post-natal check up. After all the tests and procedures were done.... the doctor exclaimed:
Well - You Survived Childbirth! Congratulations!
I chuckled. I'm glad he feels the same way I do. :-)

It's been a month already!
Here's our big boy!
On the 13th (his one month mark!) We went to the doctor... here are his stats!
Height: 22 1/2 inches (he's grown 2 1/4 inches since birth!)... 95th percentile
Weight: 12 lbs. even (he's gained 3.5 lbs. since birth!)... 95th percentile
I'm starting to think that he's going to be a big boy! My goodness!
P.S. Don't you just love the rolls he's starting to get?!

We Survived!
Andrew and I had a great time in Georgia - He was WONDERFUL on both flights! He slept most of the time on the way there and back. It was fun seeing my parents, grandparents, and most of my siblings. I think that my sister, Rachel, is enjoying her new title as "Aunt Rachel."

We're leaving on a jet plane...
That's right! Andrew and I are going to Georgia tomorrow! Morgan is heading to Denver for the weekend for a conference and I wasn't to thrilled with the idea of being home by myself for 5 days... so we booked tickets that leave and arrive at about the same time as Morgan. I'm imagining that an hour flight will be much easier than the potential eight hour drive to Georgia. Let's just hope Andrew feels the same way!!
I purposely booked tickets at odd times - 6:30am and 9:30pm in hopes that they won't be full so 1. I can have a row to myself -(I'm not a pro at nursing completely discrete yet) and 2. If he fusses the whole way there will be less people annoyed with me!
Any pointers on flying with little babies?!?! I'd LOVE to hear them!!!!!
