I am having an affair...

With my organic chemistry textbook. Brodie has been accusing me of it for months now, so I thought that I would just come out with it. He says that he wishes that I would hold him, turn his pages, and stare at him for hours on end. Too bad he doesn't look like this!




My lover is quite demanding--takes up so much of my time--and space! Our affair will not last forever, though. Just two and a half more weeks (and three more exams) and we will not get to see each other until the Spring 2010 semester--of course I may have to go for the younger model (newer textbook) by then!

The horse whisperer returns

We got a brand new phillie she's just barely two years old and she's pretty smart too. I really like her anyways. We kind of have a connection LOL not like Me and Bears Mo Red though. :) I had to hold her on Sunday and she was so calm because I was rubbing between her ears and my dad got to actually pick up her feet she was so calm. When I stopped and stepped away a little bit she followed me it was pretty cool. She's really good looking, and she has quick feet we found that out because my dad got rope burn yesterday trying to hang on to her. She was buckin and kickin around because she wanted the saddle off. haha good times
