First - I bought a jigsaw and scribe and finally got the face frames done on the bookshelves. I can point out every imperfection, but they're up.
I still need to finish the frame for the bottom so we can paint the desk and the room (notice the blue swatch) next week. I'll still need to build the drawers and make cabinet doors before the baby comes!
While I've been preoccupied with the office, Lisa has spent her time getting our game room organized. For Christmas 2011 I got 2 puzzles to frame and hang in the game room. They've been done for a while, but we couldn't decide where to hang them. Lisa drew up a plan for the entire room and a houseguest helped put the furniture together so we've finally migrated our toys out of the 16 gallon totes and got our artwork hung on the wall!
It almost looks like we're moving in! Lisa gets big kudos on the game room and I'm told that I need to make some sort of boxes over the windows.
I guess I'll be borrowing the neighbor's nail gun a few more times this month!
