Nicole & Jake Bridals/Groomals

Last weekend I was able to spend Saturday with Nicole and Jake to take Nicole's bridals and Jakes groomals (hee hee hee). We had a great time and went to the Ogden train station as well as down to the Bountiful temple. It was a GORGEOUS day with a slight breeze, but with spring in the air, we all got a bit chilly.

I love the way these pictures turned out and there were so many that I could have picked for my photographers choice. I am excited to shoot their wedding in a few weeks. Thanks for a good time Jake and Nicole and Nicole (Jake's sister also named Nicole joined us.)

Sarah and Ryan Wedding...

Sarah and Ryan were married a few weeks ago, and Megan anhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gifd I had such a fabulous time with them. They were so incredibly cute on their wedding day. Sometimes I have to tell people to "be really into each other"... Not the case with these two. I was standing a foot away giving them instruction, and finally I turned to Megan and said "they are not even pretending to pay attention to me". They were in their own little world and so cute with each other. It is rare, even seeing as many weddings as we do to find people who love each other this much and who are so crazy happy! These two were soooooo meant to be together and they are going to be so happy in life!

CONGRATULATIONS Sarah and Ryan, and enjoy these amazing shots. You two are beautiful together...

Baby King...

This was such a sweet little baby! Being a photographer absolutely has some advantages. One of my favorites is being able to give a baby session to people for gifts. Cliff and my husband work together and it was so much fun to take these pictures as a gift to them. Little Baily and I were not the best of friends. She did not like being naked and did not appreciate most of the things I wanted her to do. However, I think that as she gets older she will change her mind.

Home at last...

I had so much fun at WPPI. I saw so many old friends and met so many new ones. From New York, to Georgia, to California, and of course more Utah photographers.

I heard some amazing photographers speak and was inspired on both a business, photography, and personal level. I learned some new techniques and bought some new equipment that I am crazy excited to get out and try... So, over the next couple of months watch as things really start to change.

Today I wanted to have some fun. My husband took some pictures of the my many faces. I am the type that wears my emotions on my sleeve, so if you have met me, you may have seen some of these!

Vegas or Bust...

I am very excited to be heading to Vegas this week. I will be attending the largest photography convention in the world! I am meeting some great friends there and can't wait to see other friends from all around the country.

I will be back in the office on March 20th. If you need anything I will not be checking my email, so please call or text me!

Stephanie's Bridals...

On Monday Stephanie, Celeste (my great friend), and I headed down to Preston to do Stephanie's bridal session. We had so much fun which was expected with those two girls. First we went to David's grandparents art gallery, and we had a blast there. We did some very different looking shots! Then we headed to his family farm for one quick picture (it was so muddy there was not a lot we could do)! THEN, we went to an old abandoned ware house that I have been eyeing for quite some time now. We had so much fun shooting there! Lastly, we headed back to Logan and found an old rusted out train cart.

Stephanie is a beautiful girl. She does so well in front of the camera. She is one of those natural beauties. Her dress was amazing, and she has such great style (i.e. wedding shoes... Some of my favorite all time!)
