Mislim da je stvarno doslo vreme da nadoknadim zaostatak slatkisa u ondnosu na slana jela na blogu. Sta znam, vise sam tip za nesto konkretno nego za deserte, oduvek je to tako. Posto je pocela sezona voca, a pre svega bobicastog i jagodicastog voca deserte ne mogu da izbacim iz glave...Samo kombinujem i smisljam sta bih mogla. Pocinjem sa ovom kombinacijom bele cokolade i jagoda.
Biskvit
Sastojci:
3 jaja
60 g brasna
20 g gustina
60 g secera
1 kasika vode
2 kasicice arome vanile
3 g praska za pecivo
Odvojiti zumanca od belanca. U zumanca dodati secer, vodu i aromu vanile i mutiti 3-4 minuta. Od belanca napraviti cvrst sneg. Brasno, gustin i prasak za pecivo prosejati zajedno. Dodavati smesi od zumanaca postepeno belanca i suve sastojke muteci mikserom podesenim na najmanju brzinu.Sipati smesu u kalup za torte precnika 26 cm, postavljen papirom za pecenje i stranica premazanih margarinom . Peci u predhodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni 15-20 minuta proveravajuci cackalicom kada je biskvit gotov. Nakon pecenja ostaviti ga da se potpuno ohladi.
Fil od jagoda
Sastojci:
2 zumanca
80 g secera
100 ml mleka
125 g krem sira
200 ml slatke pavlake
600 g jagoda
1 kesica zelatina + 5 kasika hladne vode
Jagode oprati i ocediti od viska vode. 300 g izblendirati sa 100 ml mleka a 300 g sitno iseckati. Na pari skuvati zumanca sa secerom, pa im dodati izblendirane jagode sa mlekom. Kuvati jos 2-3 minuta. Kada se malo prohladi dodati unapred pripremljen (prema uputstvu sa kesice) zelatin. Ostaviti da se hladi. Krem sir izraditi mikserom pa mu dodati slatku pavlaku pa miksirati dok ne dobijete cvrstu kremu. Kada smesa od jagoda i zumanca pocne da zelira spojti je sa kremom od slatke pavlake i krem sira i preostalim jagodama polako mesajuci kasikom. Biskvit staviti na tanjir, po zelji ga poprskati vocnim sokom, pa staviti obruc od kalupa za tortu. Sipati kremu od jagoda preko biskvita i ostaviti da se sve hladi u frizideru preko noci.
Fil od bele cokolade
Sastojci:
2 zumanca
60 g secera
2 vanil secera
100 ml mleka
300 ml slatke pavlake
100 g bele cokolade
125 g krem sira
1 kesica zelatina + 5 kasika hladne vode
Na pari skuvati zumanca sa secerom i vanil secerom pa im dodati rastopljenu belu cokoladu i mleko. Kuvati jos 2-3 minuta. Ostaviti sa strane da se malo prohladi pa dodati unapred pripremljen (prema uputstvu sa kesice) zelatin. Krem sir izraditi mikserom pa mu dodati slatku pavlaku pa miksirati dok ne dobijete cvrstu kremu.Kada krema od zumanaca i bele cokolade pocne da zelira spojiti je sa ulupanom slatkom pavlakom i ostaviti je da se hladi preko noci u frizideru.
Sastavljane i ukrasavanje torte:
cca 100 g jagoda
80 g bele cokolade
Kremu od bele cokolade dobro izraditi mikserom. Obruc pazljivo skinuti sa biskvita i kreme od jagoda. Staviti 2/3 krema od bele cokolade preko kreme od jagoda pa sa ostatkom premazati ivice, zagladiti. Ostaviti u frizideru da se hladi bar 1 sat. Belu cokoladu naribati a jagode oprati i iseci na cetvrtine, zatim ih rasporediti po torti. Cokoladom ukrasiti stranice torte a ostatak posuti po jagodama.

Strawberries and White chocolate Cake
Cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
60 g flour
20 g cake flour
60 g sugar
1 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 g baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 26cm cake tin with parchment paper.
Beat egg yolks, sugar, water and vanilla extract using a mixer, for 3-4 minutes. Mix the egg whites until stiff. Sift together flour, cake flour and baking powder. Add egg whites and yolks dry ingredients gradually, mix with mixer set to the lowest speed. Pour the mixture into a the cake tin .Put in preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, check with a wooden skewer. When the cake is done, cool it completely.
Strawberries filing
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
80 g sugar
100 ml milk
125 g cream cheese
200 ml whipping cream
600 g strawberries
1 sachet gelatin + 5 tbps cold water
Wash strawberries and drain the water. Blend 300 g strawberries and 100ml milk in food processor. Put egg yolks and sugar over double boiler and cook, then add strawberries with milk. Cook 2-3 minutes. When a little cool add in previously prepared (as directed on the bag) gelatin. Put aside to chill. Beat cream cheese with mixer, add the whipping cream and beat until it thickens to a spreadable consistency. When a mixture of strawberries and yolks begin to thicken, fold in the whipped cream, add remaining strawberries and mix slowly with a spoon. Put the cake on a plate. If you wish, sprinkle some fruit juice, then surround it with a cake ring. Spread the strawberries filling over the cake and leave it over night in refrigerator.
White chocolate filing
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
60 g sugar
2 vanilla sugar
100 ml milk
300 ml cream
100 g white chocolate
125 g cream cheese
1 sachet gelatin + 5 tbps cold water
Put eggs yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar over double boiler and cook; add melted white chocolate and milk. Cook 2-3 minutes. When a little cool add in advance prepared (as directed on the bag) gelatin. . Beat cream cheese with mixer, add the whipping cream and beat until it thickens to a spreadable consistency. When a mixture of white chocolate and yolks begin to thicken fold in the whipped cream and live it over night in refrigerator.
Assembly
About 100 g strawberries
80 g white chocolate
White chocolate filing beat well with mixer. Remove the cake ring from the cake and the Strawberries filing. Put 2 / 3 the White chocolate filing over the Strawberries filing and the rest of the coated edge, smooth. Leave in fridge to cool for at least 1 hour. Grate white chocolate, wash some strawberries and cut into quarters and then arrange them on the cake. Decorate the edges with white chocolate and the sprinkle the rest of it on strawberries.
