Always Emry

She does not love tummy time, but is getting used to it. She also rolls from back to tummy all the time. Sometimes she gets mad, but sometimes she deals with it.

She is so sweet when she is sleeping.

Starting solids, she is doing pretty good with rice cereal. Makes a mess, but that is expected. 

 

Joy's 80th

We pulled off a great 80th surprise birthday party for John's mom. She thought just a few family members were in town. But, family flew in from Texas, CA and NY. It was so fun to surprise her. 

 

Emry

Emry has become the center of our lives. John and I watch her most of the time (well, and I have babysitters when I am at work). I am so grateful for my village and family and friends that help out. We are very blessed. 

Abby's closing night of Pride and Prejudice. Emry couldn't go in the theatre so John and I took turns with her in the lobby. He saw Act 1 and I saw Act 2. It worked and we had already seen in twice. 

New Years Eve movie to Zootoptia 2.

 

Christmas

I literally took like no pictures on Christmas. Just enjoyed the day. We opened gifts, ate good food and went to a movie.

But, took this the Sunday before Christmas. 

And for some reason we take this picture every year. Abby, Jenna and I in our new jammies with the dogs. But, since we don't have Jamie any more, I grabbed Emry.

December

December always goes by too fast. We were busy working and getting ready for Christmas and hoping for snow, that never came.

Emry is my little buddy and spends a lot of time with me and she loves Costco!

Finally got to go to the Tabernacle Christmas concert. John gets plenty of tickets now. I will miss it when he has to retire from the Choir. 

We took a long chilly walk and Emry loved it. 

Temple Square has been under construction for years, but they still do Christmas lights. Can't wait for the Temple to be done though. 

 

Emry

Emry has taken over our lives :) She is 3 1/2 months now and we love her more than anything. I honestly cannot imagine my life with out her in it every day. I spend as much time as I can with her and regularly get up to feed her at nights. She has started to smile big whenever she sees me, she laughs, loves reading time and is just now discovering her tongue :) 

 

Thanksgiving

We decided to go to Moab for Thanksgiving this year. In the end, only Abby and Ammon could come. We had a blast and the weather was great! John finally saw Delicate Arch, but he may never hike it again.
